Sociālpedagoģiskais darbs bērnu adaptācijas procesā bērnu namā "Ziemeļi"

Abstract

Darba autors Linda Pušpure Darba zinātniskais vadītājs Mg. paed. Anita Berķe Darba nosaukums: Sociālpedagoģisks darbs adaptācijas procesā bērnu namā “Ziemeļi”. Darba mērķis: Izpētīt bērnu adaptācijas īpatnības bērnu namā un izstrādāt sociāļpedagoģiskā darba programmu bērnu adaptācijas procesa sekmēšanai. Uzdevumi: •izpētīt un analizēt pedagoģiski – psiholoģisko literatūru par adaptāciju; •izpētīt un analizēt pedagoģiski – psiholoģisko literatūru par adaptācijas īpatnībām bērnu namā; •noskaidrot pedagoģiskos nosacījumus bērnu adaptācijas procesa sekmēšanai bērnu namā; •izstrādāt un aprobēt sociālpedagoģiskā darba programmu bērnu adaptācijas procesa sekmēšanai. Pētījuma metodes: •pedagoģiskās, psiholoģiskās un metodiskās literatūras analīze, •anketēšana •pedagoģiskās prakses un pieredzes analīze. Darbs satur 2 nodaļas, ievadu un nobeigumu, pievienots izmantotās literatūras saraksts un 2 pielikumi, kopā 61 lpp, 1 attēls, izmantoti 36 literatūras avoti. 1.nodaļa ir veltīta adaptācijas procesa raksturojumam, tā skaidrojumam, adaptācijas procesa īpatnībām bērnu namā un veiksmīga adaptācijas procesa priekšnosacījumiem. 2.nodaļā sniegts sociālpedagoģiskā darba programmas bērnu adaptācijas procesa sekmēšanai bērnu namā “Ziemeļi” raksturojums, aprakstīta jaunpienākušo bērnu adaptācijas procesa organizācija bērnu namā “Ziemeļi”, kas balstās uz sociālpedagoģiskās prakses un pieredzes analīzi, izmantojot darbinieku anketēšanu un aprakstīta programmas aprobācija. Veiktais pētījums ir ļāvis secināt, ka jaunpienākušo bērnu adaptācijas process bērnu namā ir sekmīgs, ja tiek mērķtiecīgi savākta un analizēta visa pieejamā dokumentācija un informācija par bērnu, par viņa agrāko dzīves situāciju un pieredzi, ja bērns tiek novērots ikdienas situācijās un saskarsmes procesa ar citiem bērniem un pieaugušajiem, kā arī ja darbinieki rēķinās ar to, ka ienākšanas jaunā vidē, šķiršanās no tuviniekiem un citi traumējoši faktori var ietekmēt gan bērna uzvedību, gan emocijas, gan spēju mācīties. Katram individuālam gadījumam veltāma īpaša uzmanība. Pētījuma rezultāti varētu būt noderīgi bērnu namu darbiniekiem, organizējot jaunpienākušo bērnu adaptācijas procesu.

The aim of work: to investigate the peculiarities of children adaptation in an orphanage and work out the program of social pedagogigal work to promote the process of children adaptation. The tasks: •to investigate and analyze pedagogically-psychological literature about adaptation; •to investigate and analyze pedagogically-psychological literature about the peculiarities of children adaptation in an orphanage; •to clear up pedagogical preconditions to promote the process of children adaptation in an orphanage; •to work out and approbate the program of social pedagogical work to promote the process of children adaptation. The research methods: •analysis of pedagogical, psychological and methodological literature; •mediatization; •analysis of pedagogical practice and experience. The work consists of 2 chapters, introduction, conclusion, a bibliography and 2 appendices. In total there are 61 pages, 1 picture and 36 literature sources. The first chapter is about characterization of adaptation process, its explanation, and the peculiarities of adaptation process in an orphanage and successful preconditions of adaptation process. In the second chapter it is given characterization of the social pedagogigal work program to promote the process of children adaptation in an orphanage „Ziemeli”, it is described organization of ingoing children adaptation process in an orphanage „Ziemeli” which ground on analysis of social pedagogical practice and experience using employees mediatization and it is also described approbation of the program. The performed research has made possible to conclude that the process of ingoing children adaptation in an orphanage is successful if is collected and analyzed all necessary documentation and information about a child, his earlier life situation and experience if a child is observed in daily situations and communication process with other children and adults if employees take into consideration that children’s coming in a new setting, parting from relatives and other traumatizating factors can influence child’s behavior, emotions and ability to learn. Each individual case should be paid a special attention. The research results could be useful for employees in an orphanage organizing the process ingoing children adaptation.
