Maģistra darbs „Ģimenes sociāli ekonomiskā stāvokļa un mācīšanās motivācijas mijsakarība” tika izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot, kā ģimenes sociāli ekonomiskais stāvoklis ietekmē bērna motivāciju iegūt kvalitatīvu pamatizglītību. Mūsdienās šī tēma kļūst aizvien aktuālāka, jo pie esošās situācijas, kad valstī vērojama ekonomiskā lejupslīde, aizvien vairāk parādīsies maznodrošinātas ģimenes. Cilvēki tiks pakļauti spēcīgam stresam, kas savukārt izraisīs jaunu problēmu ķēdi- amorālu dzīves veidu, vardarbību, alkoholismu, narkomāniju u.c. Līdz ar to palielinās bērnu skaits, kuriem zūd mācīšanās motivācija.
Teorētiskajā darba daļā tika izzināta zinātniskā literatūra par mācīšanās motivāciju un to veidojošiem faktoriem, kā arī ģimenes nozīmi bērna mācīšanās procesā.
Praktiskajā daļā tika izvērtētas un apkopotas skolēnu anketas, skolotāju intervijas rezultāti, pētot ģimenes sociāli ekonomiskā stāvokļa mijsakarību ar bērna mācīšanās motivāciju. Tika izstrādāti ieteikumi vecākiem un pedagogiem.
Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par skolēnu mācīšanās motivācijas un ģimenes sociāli ekonomiskā stāvokļa mijsakarību. Mācīšanās motivāciju ietekmē tādi faktori kā ģimenes materiālais nodrošinājums un tās vide, vecāku izglītība un viņu profesionālās kvalifikācijas līmenis.

The thesis of the master’s degree – “Socio-economical state of the family and it’s interrelation with learning motivation” was worked out to ascertain how the social-economic status influences a child’s motivation to acquire a qualitative elementary education. Currently this issue has become more outstanding, when even more low-income families appear, because of the current declining of the economic situation of the state. People are submitted to stress, which causes a new chain of problems – an immoral way of life, violence, alcoholism, drug addiction etc. therefore, there is an increase in the number of the children who loose their motivation to study.
References of scientific literature about the motivation of studying and its developing factors were found out in the theoretic chapter of the work of the master’s degree, as well as the significance of the family in the studying process.
The practical research included
Questionnaires of students, results of teachers’ interviews were evaluated and summarized to research the interconnection of the student’s motivation to study and the social-economic status of the family. Recommendations for parents and teachers were worked out.
The results of the research certify the interconnection of the student’s motivation to study and the social-economic status of the family. The motivation to study is influenced by such factors as the financial security and the environment of the family, the educational and professional qualification level of the parents.
