Informācijas komunikāciju tehnoloģijas un izglītības kvalitāte.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Izglītības komunikāciju tehnoloģijas un izglītības kvalitāte”. Pētījuma aktualitāte balstās uz informācijas komunikāciju tehnoloģiju lietošanu mācību procesā un to ietekmi uz izglītības kvalitāti. Maģistra darba mērķis: izpētīt informācijas komunikāciju tehnoloģiju ietekmi uz izglītības kvalitāti un veikt praktisku pētījumu Rīgas vidusskolā par izglītojamo, skolotāju un vecāku attieksmi pret informācijas komunikāciju tehnoloģijām un to izmantošanu un ietekmi uz izglītības kvalitāti, noskaidrojot arī datoru un interneta pieejamību skolā. Maģistra darbā tiek teorētiski un praktiski analizēta IKT lietošanas nepieciešamība mācību procesā un to ietekme uz izglītības kvalitāti. Maģistra darbu veido trīs daļas. Pirmā un otrā daļa veido teorētisko pamatu. Pirmajā daļa tiek apskatīts kvalitātes jēdziens un tā dažādās definīcijas. Otrajā daļā apskatīta un analizēta IKT nepieciešamība mācību procesā, raksturots metodiskais nodrošinājums darbam ar elektroniskajiem mācību līdzekļiem atsevišķos mācību priekšmetos. Trešā ir pētījuma daļa. Tajā tiek aprakstīta veiktā aptauja vidusskolā, analizēti, interpretēti un apkopoti aptaujā iegūtie rezultāti, noteikta izglītojamo, skolotāju un vecāku attieksme pret IKT un to izmantošanu mācību procesā, noskaidrota IKT ietekme uz izglītības kvalitāti, noskaidrojot arī datoru un interneta pieejamību mājās un skolā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka IKT izmantošana mācību procesā gan no izglītojamo, gan no skolotāju un vecāku viedokļa pozitīvi ietekmē izglītības kvalitāti kopumā. Tādējādi ir sniegta atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu „Kā informācijas komunikāciju tehnoloģiju izmantošana ietekmē izglītības kvalitāti vidusskolā?”, pētījums parādīja, ka IKT lietošana mācību procesā pozitīvi ietekmē izglītības kvalitāti.

The Theme of this Master paper is „Information communication Technologies and Quality of Education”. Research topicality is based on the use of Information technology in education process and, its influence to education quality. The objective of Master paper is: to research the influence of Information technologies to education quality and to make practical research in Riga High school for attitude of students, teachers and parents to Information technologies and their use and influence to education quality as well as to clarify the availability of computers and internet in the school. There is a theoretical and practical analysis on the use of Information communication technologies in education process and its influence to education quality. The Master paper consists of three sections. The first and the second section make theoretical base of paper. The first section overviews the concept of quality and other different kind of definition. The second section overviews and analyze the necessity of Information communication technologies in education process, there is described methodological base, using computerized education materials in some education subjects. The third section is research base. There is described made questionnaires in the High school, analyzed, interpreted and generalized the results of questionnaires, defined the attitude of students, teachers and parents to Information communication technologies and their use in education process, clarified the influence of Information communication technologies to education quality, clarifying the availability of computer and internet in home and in the school. The results of research indicate that Information communication technologies in education process generally have a positive influence to education quality from students, teachers and parents point of view. Therefore, the answer to the question “How the information communication technologies influence education quality in the High school?” based on research is that the use of information communication technologies in education process influence the education quality.
