Pieaugušo amatizglītība radošas personības veidošanās kontekstā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Pieaugušo amatizglītība radošas personības veidošanās kontekstā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai amatizglītības procesā tiek veicināts radošums. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir raksturota amatizglītība kā viens no pieaugušo izglītības veidiem, balstoties uz vispārpieņemtām teorētiskajām atziņām par pieaugušo izglītības būtību un Latvijas Republikas likumdošanu. Lai noskaidrotu radošas personības veidošanās pieaugušo vecumā aspektus, darbā ir apkopoti un analizēti dažādu autoru viedokļi par tādiem jēdzieniem kā cilvēks, personība un radošums. Darba praktiskais pētījums ir veikts Mācību centra „ BUTS” Valkas filiālē un Tautas Lietišķās mākslas studijā „Saulīte”. Pētnieciskajā daļā ir apkopoti un analizēti topošo amatnieku un pasniedzēju viedokļi par radošumu un radošas personības izaugsmes iespējām pieaugušo amatizglītības procesā, kā arī veikta mācību programmas analīze. Balstoties uz pētījumā iegūtajiem rezultātiem, to analīzi un subjektīvo viedokli, doti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi, kas varētu veicināt radošas personības izaugsmes iespējas amatizglītībā. The theme of the present master`s paper is „ Craft Education of Adults in the Context of Development of Creative personality”. The aim of this research paper is to clarify if the creativity has been developed in the process of craft education. In the theoretical part of the research paper the author characterizes craft education of adults aso ne possible way how people can educate themselves. This parti s based on generally approved theoretical cognitions about the esence of adult education and the legislations of the Republic of Latvia. To clarify the aspects of development of a creative personality being adults, the author has aggregated and analysed the viewpoints of different authors about such conceptions as human being, personality and creativity. The practical part has been done in the study centre „ BUTS” Valka branch and in the studio of Applied Arts „ Saulīte”. In the research part the author has summed up and analysed not only the educational programme but also the viewpoints of apprentices and tutors about creativity and the possible ways for a creative personality to develop in the process of craft education of adults. In the conclusion the author draws the conclusions and gives the suggestions which might facilitate the development of a creative personality in the process of craft education.
