Skolas administrācijas loma jauno pedagogu adaptācijas sekmēšanā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Skolas administrācijas loma jauno pedagogu adaptācijas sekmēšanā”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir teorētiski noskaidrot, izpētīt un pamatot skolas administrācijas lomu jauno pedagogu adaptācijas sekmēšanā. Maģistra darbu veido teorētiski pētnieciskā daļa, kurā tiek rasts skaidrojums un gūtas atziņas par skolas administrācijas lomu jauno pedagogu adaptācijas sekmēšanā, un praktiski pētnieciskā daļa, kurā apkopoti un analizēti dati no aptauju anketu iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Saskaņā ar maģistra darba mērķi pētījumā tika izvirzīts un teorētiski pētniecisko un praktiski pētniecisko darbību pierādīts pētāmais jautājums - skolas administrācija veicina jauno pedagogu adaptācijas procesu skolā. Līdz ar to, maģistra darba mērķis un uzdevumi tika sasniegti, kā arī tika pierādīts maģistra darba sākumā izvirzītais pētāmais jautājums. Atslēgas vārdi: skolas administrācijas loma, kompetence, motivācija, jaunais pedagogs, adaptācija, efektīvs adaptācijas modelis.

The theme of the Master’s Thesis is “The Role of School Administration in promotion of New teacher’s Adaptation”. The aim of the Thesis is to justify theoretically and clear up, as well as examine the role of school administration in facilitating the adaptation of new teachers. The Master’s Thesis consists of a theoretically explorative part, which provides an explanation and comes to a conclusion on the role of school administration in facilitating the adaptation of new teachers, and a practically explorative part, which summarizes and analyses the data from the results of questionnaires. In line with the aim of the Thesis and by theoretically explorative and practically explorative activities, the study put forward the following explorative question that was verified: school administration facilitates the adaptation process of new teachers at a school. Hence, the aims and objectives of the Master’s Thesis were reached. Key words: the role of school administration, expertise, motivation, a new teacher, adaptation and an effective adaptation model.
