Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu finansējums Jelgavas pilsētas skolām no 2005.gada.

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu finansējums Jelgavas pilsētas skolām no 2005.gada”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu lomu Latvijas izglītības sistēmā un to piesaisti Jelgavas pilsētas skolām. Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondi sniedz lielu finansiālu ieguldījumu Latvijas infrastruktūras, ekonomikas, izglītības, kā arī citu nozaru attīstībā. Pašlaik, kad ir vērojama lejupslīde Latvijas ekonomikā, ir svarīgs katrs finansējums, kas tai tiek piešķirts. Izglītība ir viens no svarīgākajiem priekšnoteikumiem ilgtermiņa ekonomiskajai attīstībai un dzīves līmeņa uzlabošanai Latvijas apstākļos. Tādēļ nepieciešams izmantot Eiropas Savienība struktūrfondu piedāvātās iespējas izglītības pilnveidei. Darbā aplūkota un analizēta literatūra par projektu vadību un ar Eiropas struktūrfondiem saistītie normatīvie dokumenti, kā arī veikts pētījums par ES struktūrfondu piesaisti Jelgavas pilsētas skolām no 2005. līdz 2009.gadam. Pētījuma ietvaros veiktās Jelgavas pilsētas skolu direktoru aptaujas rezultāti liecina, ka skolas ir ieinteresētas ES struktūrfondu apguvē, tā kļūst intensīvāka, skolās īstenotajiem projektiem ir atdeve mācību procesā. Master’s paper theme is: “The European Union structural funds financing in Jelgava’s city schools form the year 2005.” The aim of master’s paper is to explore the role of the European Union structural funds in educational system of Latvia and their involvement for Jelgava’s city schools. The European Union structural funds offer great financial investment in development of Latvian infrastructure, economics, education and other branches. Now, when the decrease of Latvian economy is noticed, every allocated financing is important. The education is one of the most important prerequisite for the long – term economic development and standard of living improvement in Latvian conditions. Therefore it is necessary to use the European Union structural funds offered facilities for educational improvement. There is studied and analyzed the literature about project management and with the European structural funds connected normative documentation, as well as carried out the research about the EU structural funds involvement for Jelgava’s city schools from the year 2005.to 2009. in the written work. The survey results of carried out study for the Jelgava’s city schools directors show that the schools are interested in acquirement of the EU structural funds, it becomes more intense, and the implemented projects at schools have return in the learning process.
