Baldones sporta kompleksa stratēģiskais darbības plāns līdz 2012.gadam.

Abstract

Maģistra darbam tēma ir ”Baldones sporta kompleksa stratēģiskā darbības plāna izstrāde līdz 2012.gadam”. 2007.gadā Baldones pilsētas dome nodeva ekspluatācijā sporta bāzi, kas darbojas uz nolikuma pamata, bet tai nav izstrādāts stratēģisks darbības plāns. Maģistra darbam tiek izvirzīta sekojoša hipotēze: Baldones sporta komplekss var paaugstināt savu konkurētspēju starp kaimiņu novadu sporta kompleksiem, ja izvēlēta diferencēšanas stratēģija, akcentējot atšķirīgo, tikai Baldones sporta kompleksam raksturīgāko. Darba mērķis - izstrādāt Baldones sporta kompleksa darbības stratēģiju līdz 2012.gadam. Kā tā stiprās puses iezīmējās modernās telpas un inventārs, personāla profesionalitāte, plašs piedāvāto pakalpojumu klāsts, bet iekšējie ierobežojumi ir sarežģītā vadības struktūra, nepietiekoša reklāma un nepareizs darba laika plānojums. Iespējas ārējā vidē ir iedzīvotāju pieaugums Baldonē, vairāki resursi, kas nav tuvākiem konkurentiem, bet lielākie draudi ir ekonomiskās situācijas neuzlabošanās valstī ilgākā laika posmā, ekspluatācijas resursu izmaksu pieaugums, neskaidra sporta nozares attīstība un nepietiekošs tās finansējums Latvijā. Pamatojoties uz veikto analīzi var secināt, ka apstiprinās izvirzītā hipotēze un par piemērotāko turpmākajiem 3 gadiem tiek noteikta diversificēšanās stratēģija, kas paredz konkurētspējas paaugstināšanu, akcentējot atšķirīgo, kas sporta kompleksu izceļ citu blakus esošo novadu sporta kompleksu vidū.

The theme of this master works is „Development of the strategic plan for Baldone sports complex until year 2012”. In 2007 Baldone city council opened a sports base, which functions on the basis of its statutes, but has no strategic action plan. As the study object of this master work has been chosen the strategic plan of Baldone sports complex. The following hypothesis has been set forward: Baldone sports complex can raise its competitiveness among the sports complexes of nearest districts if a differentiation strategy is chosen, that stresses the uniqueness of Baldone sports complex. The goal of this work is the development of Baldone sports complex strategy until year 2012. Taking into account the theoretic basis, an analysis of the sports complex activities has been conducted. As the strong features of the sports basis emerged its modern premises and equipment, professional staff, wide range of offered services, but the inner weaknesses are the complicated management structure, insufficient marketing activities and incorrect planning of work time. The external opportunities are the growth of number of Baldone inhabitants, unique resources in comparison to the closest competitors, but the biggest threats are the slow improvement of economic situation in Latvia, increase in price of the sports complex operational resources, an indistinct development of sports sphere and insufficient financial resources in Latvia. Following the conducted analysis it is possible to conclude, that the hypothesis of this master work has been approved and the most suitable Baldone sports complex work strategy for the next 3 years is the differentiation strategy, which stresses the uniqueness of Baldone sports complex.
