Darbā risināta problēma, kādam jābūt skolotājam un kā organizēt mācību procesu, lai katrs skolēns iegūtu zināšanas atbilstoši savām spējām. Mērķis ir izpētīt skolotāja gatavību darbam ar dažādību vispārizglītojošās skolās un izstrādāt priekšlikumus skolotāja darbības pilnveidošanai.
Pētījuma pirmajā posmā analizēta dažādu autoru uzskati par skolēnu dažādību. Izvērtētas skolotājiem nepieciešamās kompetences. Informācija gūta no dažādu autoru darbiem, dokumentiem, interneta resursiem, anketējot skolotājus un intervējot skolēnus.
Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka, lai skolotāji būtu gatavi darbam ar dažādību, ir nepieciešami speciāli kursi psiholoģijā un priekšmetu metodikā. Skolotāja personība un viņa dzīves uztveres modelis ietekmē skolēnu turpmāko mācību motivāciju.
Izstrādāti ieteikumi skolotājiem darbam ar dažādību vispārizglītojošā skolā. The paper solves the problem of a teacher about organizing studying process in order to achieve planned results and for each student to gain knowledge according to each one’s capacities. The aim of the master paper is to investigate the teacher’s maturity to work with diversity in comprehensive schools and to develop proposals of teacher’s action improvement.
The first part analyzes several authors’ understanding about students’ diversity. There are necessary teachers’ capacities investigated. The information is gained from different authors’ works, documents, and the internet, inquiring teachers and interviewing students.
Gained results show that there is necessity for teachers to attend special courses in psychology and subjects’ methods, in order for the teacher to be ready in work with diversity. The own teacher’s personality and model of life perception influences student’s motivation of further education.
Some recommendations offered in teacher’s work with diversity in comprehensive schools.
