Krogu interjera vēsturiskā attīstība Latvijā

Abstract

Mūsdienās, kādreiz būvētās vēsturiskās kroga ēkas bieži vien netiek izmantotas un ir atstātas novārtā. Daudzviet pasaulē šīs ēkās piemērotas sabiedriskās dzīves vajadzībām restaurētas, radot nostalģisku vai romantiski mājīgu noskaņu. Pamazām šī tendence vērojama arī Latvijā. Šī bakalaura darba mērķis ir apzināt teorētisko informāciju par Latvijas krogu interjera vēsturisko attīstību, kā arī izpētīt šobrīd darbojošos krogus un pārliecināties par vēsturisko krogu interjera elementu- mēbeļu, trauku, kā arī apdares materiālu, izmantošanu telpu iekārtošanā. Pētījuma rezultātā tika secināts, ka par Latvijas vēsturisko krogu atdzimšanas sākumu var uzskatīt 20.gs. beigu posmu, kad pieauga sabiedrības apziņa, vēsturiskā piederība. Mūsdienās krogi tiek ierīkoti gan vēsturiskās, gan no jauna būvētās ēkās. To interjers tiek veidots balstoties uz iegūtajām ziņām par kādreizējo krogu darbību, telpu plānojumu, apdares materiāliem, mēbelēm un traukiem.

Nowadays, the historical buildings of pubs, built many centuries ago, are not exploited and are left empty and neglected. All around the world many of these buildings are adapted for the needs of social life – reconstructed, providing nostalgic and romantic atmosphere. Gradually the tendency develops also in Latvia. The aim of this bachelor paper is to explore the theoretical information about the historical development of public houses in Latvia, as well as to explore the pubs which functions at present and to prove that the interior elements of historical pubs – furniture, dishes, as well as decoration materials- are used to furnish and decorate the public house. As a result of the research, the author draws a conclusion that the end of the 20th century, when social consciousness and historical belonging developed, can be considered as the beginning of the rebirth of historical pubs in Latvia. Nowadays, pubs are located both - in historical and newly built buildings. Their interior is made on the ground of the information about how pubs functioned in the earlier times, what their interior planning, decoration materials, furniture and dishes were.
