E- klases loma izglītības procesa nodrošināšanā.

Abstract

Mūsu ikdienā ir ienākušas informācijas tehnoloģijas, kuras izmainījušas mūsu dzīves stilu un informācijas apriti. Klases žurnālu papīra formātā ir nomainījis elektroniskais žurnāls, kurš pilda dažādas funkcijas izglītības procesa nodrošināšanā. Skolā aktualizējies jautājums, cik aktīvi skolotāji, skolēni un skolēnu vecāki izmanto „E-klases” piedāvātās funkcijas un, vai turpmāk ir nepieciešama skolēna dienasgrāmata papīra formā līdzās „E-klases” dienasgrāmatai. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot elektroniskā skolvadības žurnāla „E-klase” efektivitāti, lietderību un tā darbības uzlabošanas iespējas. Darba autore izvirzīja pētījuma hipotēzi, ka elektroniskā skolvadības sistēma „E-klase” ir būtisks atbalsts skolām izglītības procesa nodrošināšanā un tai ir pietiekami augsts lietderības koeficients. Lai pārbaudītu izvirzīto hipotēzi, ir izvirzīti pētījuma uzdevumi: 1)izpētīt „E-klases” piedāvātās iespējas izglītības procesa nodrošināšanā, 2)apkopot informāciju par skolvadības sistēmas „E-klase” izmantošanas plusiem un mīnusiem, 3)apkopot ieteikumus skolvadības sistēmas uzlabošanā. Pētījuma gaitā tika izvērtētas skolotāju, skolēnu un skolēnu vecāku 382 anketas, kurās darba autore ieguva apstiprinājumu savai izvirzītajai hipotēzei, t.i. „E- klase” ir lietderīgi funkcionējošs elektroniskais žurnāls un 75% respondenti (skolēni un vecāki) par lietderīgāko rīku uzskata e-dienasgrāmatu. Maģistra darba „E-klases loma izglītības procesa nodrošināšanā” apjoms ir 70 lappuses. Darbā ietvertas 7 tabulas, 41 attēls un izmantoti 72 literatūras un informācijas avoti. Maģistra darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, izmantotās literatūras un informācijas avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Maģistra darba atslēgas vārdi ir izglītības process, mācību process, izglītības iestādes vadītājs, informatizācija, „E-klase”, elektroniskais žurnāls.

Information Technologies have entered into our daily lives and changed our life style and circulation of information. Classroom register paper formats have been replaced by electronic registers that fulfill different functions for ensuring the education process. In schools, a question has been raised on how actively teachers, students and students’ parents use the functions offered by “E-class” (E-klase), and whether it is necessary to have a printed students’ diary alongside the electronic “E-class” diary. The main aim of this master thesis is to find out the effectiveness, usefulness and possibilities for improvement of the electronic school management register “E-class”. The author of this thesis proposed a hypothesis that the electronic school management system “E-class” is an important support to schools in ensuring the education process and that it possesses a considerably high efficiency. In order to prove the hypothesis, the following objectives have been drawn up: 1)to investigate the possibilities offered by “E-class” in ensuring the educational process; 2)to collect information on the advantages and disadvantages of the usage of the school management system “E-class”; 3)to collect suggestions for the improvement of the school management system.

During the process of this research, 382 questionnaires from teachers, students and students’ parents were reviewed, where the author of this thesis gained approval to her hypothesis, i.e. “E-class” is an effectively functioning electronic register and 75% respondents (students and parents) confirm that the most efficient tool is e-diary. The volume of the master thesis “The role of “E-class” in ensuring educational process” is70 pages. This thesis includes 7 tables, 41 picturesand 72 literary and information sources have been used. The thesis consists of four parts, bibliography and information resource list, and appendices.
