Studiju procesa kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori augstskolā "x".

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Studiju procesa kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori augstskolā X” aprakstīti tie faktori, kas ietekmē studiju procesa kvalitāti, kā arī noteikti turpmākie uzlabojumi kvalitātes paaugstināšanā. Pētījums sastāv no teorētiskās daļas, kurā analizēta patreizējā situācija Latvijas augstākajā izglītībā, analizētas atziņas par augstākās izglītības kvalitātes būtību un nozīmi, studiju procesa organizēšanas nosacījumiem un to galvenajiem trūkumiem, un noteikti kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori, kā arī praktiskā daļa, kurā, balstoties uz studentu, absolventu un docētāju aptauju rezultātiem, pētīti studiju procesa kvalitāti ietekmējošie faktori augstskolā X un izstrādāti praktiski ieteikumi studiju procesa kvalitātes uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 70 lpp., tajā ir 41 attēls, 48 izmantotie literatūras avoti un 3 pielikumi.

Master’s thesis „Factors influencing quality of the study process in a college-university X” describes the factors that have a particular impact on quality of the study process, as well as defines further improvements to insure increase in quality. The research is composed of a theoretical part, in which the current situation in the higher education in Latvia is evaluated, ideas about the meaning of quality in higher education and its role are analyzed, and preconditions for organization of a study process and their main drawbacks are explored. What is more, the factors which have an impact on quality are defined. The practical part, in turn, is based on the results of students’, graduates’ and lecturers’ polls. It explores the factors having an impact on the quality of study process in a college-university X, as well as offers practical advice on how to improve the quality. The thesis is compiled of 70 pages. It contains 41 diagram, 48 sources of information and 3 annexes.
