| dc.description.abstract | Diplomdarbā tiek pētīta sociālā pedagoga darbība konfliktu mazināšanā, izstrādāta un aprobēta programma konfliktu mazināšanā skolā.
Mērķis: pētīt sociālā pedagoga darbību konfliktu mazināšanā, izstrādāt, aprobēt programmu konfliktu mazināšanā.
Uzdevumi: raksturot konfliktu būtību, cēloņus, veidus, izpausmes, izzināt un noskaidrot konfliktu specifiskās iezīmes un rašanās cēloņus, raksturot konfliktus starp skolotājiem, skolēniem, vecākiem, izstrādāt, aprobēt darbības programmu konfliktu mazināšanā un analizēt iegūtos rezultātus.
Pētījuma metodes: teorētiskās literatūras analīze, anketēšana.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, piecām nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, nobeiguma, literatūras saraksta, 2 tabulām,69 attēliem un 4 pielikumiem.
Pētījums apstiprināja, ka skolā ir konflikti starp skolotājiem un skolēniem, bet, aprobējot izstrādāto konfliktu mazināšanas plānu, autore pierādīja, ka konflikti samazinājās, jo skolēni un skolotāji iemācījās tos risināt.

| dc.description.abstract | The Degree Paper studies the activity of the social tutor in the field of coflict reduction, develops and tests the conflict reducing program in school.
The aim: is to study the activity of the social tutor in the field of conflict reduction, to develop and test the conflict reducing program.
The task: to characterize the essence, reasons, types and manifestation of conflicts, to investigate the specific traits of school conflicts, to characterize the conflicts between teachers, students and their parents, to study the reasons of conflicts, to develop the action program aiming to reduce conflicts, to test the program developed and analyze the results obtained.
The research method: theoretical literature analysis, teachers testing.
The Degree Paper consists of the following parts: introduction, five chapters and subchapters, conclusion, bibliography, 2 tables, 69 images and 4 appendixes.
The research proves that there are conflicts between teachers and students at this school, but after using the developed conflict- reduction- oriented program the author comes to the conclusion that the number of conflicts has been reduced, as both the students and teachers are trained to solve the problems in a peaceful way.
