Pedagogu darba kvalitātes novērtēšanas kritēriji un to izvērtējums.

Darbā pētīta skolu pieredze pedagogu darba kvalitātes vērtēšanā, pedagogu un skolēnu viedoklis par vērtēšanas kritērijiem, to svarīguma pakāpi. Pētījumā iztirzāts kvalitātes jēdziens, tā izmantošana pedagoga darba vērtēšanā. Praktiskajā daļā analizētas pedagogu un skolēnu anketas, lai izvērtētu, kuri no ES struktūrfondu nacionālās programmas projektā „Pedagogu tālākizglītības metodiskā tīkla nodrošinājuma izveide” piedāvātajiem kritērijiem pedagogu profesionālās darbības kvalitātes novērtēšanai ir jāizvēlas un kādā līmenī jānovērtē praktiskajā darbībā skolās. Pētījuma rezultāti parādīja, ka pedagogi atbalsta projektā izvēlētos kritērijus, bet ir atšķirīgās domās attiecībā uz novērtējuma līmeni. Skolēnu viedoklis izvērtējot kritēriju svarīguma pakāpi ir līdzīgs pedagogu viedoklim, izņemot tos kuri nav tieši saistīti ar darbu mācību stundā. The author of the master work researches the experience of schools in evaluating the quality of the work and opinion of teachers and students about standards of judgment and their importance are researched in the work. The concept of quality and its usage in the evaluation of teachers’ work are analyzed in the research work.
Questionnaires of teachers and students are analyzed in the practical part of the work with the aim which standards of judgment for the evaluation of teachers’ work to choose and in which level to evaluate. These standards are provided by the project of national program “The formation of methodical system of continuing education of teachers”.
Results of the research work showed that teachers support the standards of judgment provided by the project but the opinions were different about the level of evaluation at school.
