Abstract

Artas Krauzes diplomdarbs - „Sociālpedagoģiskā darbība likumpārkāpumu cēloņu apzināšanā un likumpārkāpēju resocializācijas iespēju pilnveidošanā sociālajā rehabilitācijas centrā „Ratnieki””. Diplomdarbā izpētīts likumpārkāpēju sociālais rehabilitācijas process. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīts ģimenes veidošanās process, kā arī sociālā pedagoga loma indivīda personības veidošanā, ģimenes disfunkcijas ietekme uz indivīdu, identificējot sakarības starp likumpārkāpēja noziegumiem un bērnības notikumiem. Praktiskajā daļā analizēta Valsts probācijas dienesta un sociālo rehabilitācijas centru darbība. Pamatojoties uz iepriekšminēto analīzi, tika izstrādāts sociālpedagoģiskā darba efektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmas modelis. Arta’s Krauze’s Diploma paper – „Social pedagogical activities in acknowledging the cause of the breaches of the law and in improving the resocialization possibilities of the law-breakers in the social rehabilitation centre „Ratnieki””. Diploma paper examines social resocialization process of the law-breakers. Theoretical part explores family formation process, as well as social pedagogue’s role in forming individual’s personality and family dysfunction influence on individual, identifying causal relationships in-between crimes of the law-breaker and his childhood events. There have been analyzed National Probation Service and Social Rehabilitation Centre activities in the practical part. Based on the above mentioned analysis social pedagogical action model has been created for improving work in the institution.
