Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir darbs ar vecākiem kā ar pieaugušajiem. Maģistra darbs ir teorētiski praktisks pētījums, kurā ir 2 teorētiskās nodaļas un 1 praktiskā nodaļa. Maģistra darbs ir izstrādāts ar mērķi noskaidrot iemeslus, kāpēc vecāki nav aktīvi skolas iesaistītajos pasākumos, kā arī noskaidrot vai klases audzinātājs uztver vecākus kā pieaugušos un līdzvērtīgus partnerus. Tika veikts pētījums, kas sastāvēja no literatūras avotiem un kvantitatīvajiem datiem (anketām), kuri tika interpretēti, analizēti un tika izdarīts galvenais secinājums, ka gan vecākiem, gan klases audzinātājiem ir jāmaina attieksme vienam pret otru kā sadarbības partneri, tikai tad varēs apgalvot, ka skolas un ģimenes sadarbības process uzlabojas. Maģistra darba laikā gūtie rezultāti un secinājumi var tikt izmantoti, lai uzlabotu klases audzinātāja darbu ar vecākiem kā ar pieaugušajiem.

he theme of the Master Paper is work with parents as adults. The Master Paper is a theoretically practical research which consists of 2 theoretical chapters and 1 practical chapter. The aim of the research is to explore the reasons why parents are not actively involved in school events as well as to find out if class teachers perceive parents as adults and equal partners. The research was done which consisted of analysis of literature and quantitative date (questionnaires) which analyzed, interpreted and the following conclusion was made: both parents and class teachers should change their attitude towards each other as cooperation partners only in that case it will be possible to declare that cooperation process of school and family is improving. The results gathered in the process of Master Paper can be used to improve class teacher’s work with parents as adults.
