Pirmskolas izglītības iestādes vadības darbība pedagogu savstarpējās komunikācijas sekmēšanā.

Abstract

Maģistra darba pētāma problēma ir skolotāju komunikācijas procesa efektivitāte pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darbā analizēta pedagoģiskā un psiholoģiskā literatūra par komunikācijas būtību un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes skolotāju komunikācijas īpatnībām. Tika pētīta pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vadītāja darbība skolotāju komunikācijas procesa organizēšanā, kā arī pedagoģiskā personāla komunikācijas vadības pieredze mūsdienu pirmsskolā. Pētījuma rezultātā pierādīts, ka skolotāju komunikācijas process ir efektīvāks, ja to mērķtiecīgi vada PII vadītājs, ja process atbilst pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes darbinieku vajadzībām un vēlmēm un, ja komunikācijas partneri pārzina komunikācijas barjeras un mazina to negatīvo ietekmi. The problem of the master’s paper’ research is a successful efficiency of the teachers’ communicative process at the pre-school establishment. In the paper is analysed psychological and pedagogical literature about communication nature and the teachers’ communicative peculiarities at the pre-school establishment. Also is researched the work of school authorities in the process of the organisation of the teachers’ communication, and the school authorities’ experience in the question of the pedagogical staff’s communication at the pre-school nowadays. In the result of the research is proved that the teachers’ communicative process s more effective as it is goal-directed by the pre-school headmaster, and the process corresponds to all the teachers of the school actual interests and requests, and when the partners of this communicative process realize the communicative barriers and decrease an negative influence on them. In the research is worked out an effective authority model of the teachers’ communication at the pre-school establishment.
