Abstract

Gunitas Pačkajevas maģistra darbā ‘’Latvijas sporta skolu vadītāju kompetences’’ tiek apskatītas dažādu autoru piedāvātās kompetenču definīcijas, to ietekmējošie faktori un vadītāju personības iezīmes.Darba praktiskajā daļā tika analizēta Latvijas volejbola skolu vadītāju kompetences un to ietekme uz sacensību rezultātiem. Maģistra darba mērķis pamatojoties uz zinātniskajā literatūrā gūtajām atziņām un praktisko izpēti, noteikt sporta skolu vadītāju būtiskākās kompetences augstu sportisko rezultātu sasniegšanai Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada teorētiski pētnieciskās daļas, praktiskās daļas, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotā literatūru un avotu saraksta un pielikuma. . The master work’s topic is “ The leaders competences in Latvian schools of sports”. The objective of the work is to investigate and analyse athletic schools management competence and through questionnaires ascertain which of the competencies considered essential and necessary for managers. Master's work is based on scientific literature, lessons learned and practical study of sport in school leaders of key competencies to achieve high sporting results Master's thesis consists of an introductory part of the theoretical research, practical part, conclusions, proposals, bibliography, list of sources and supplement. At the end of the work, investigation and practical activity leads to conclusions: leaders competence affects the results of competitions. And that leads to another conclusion, that formerly obtained education is not enough for leaders who work in athletic schools.
