Abstract

Lielākā daļa valsts izglītības speciālistu sadarbību uzskata par lielu vērtību. Tās organizācija mācību procesā kā humānistiskās pieejas aspekts mācībām ir viens no izvirzītajiem ceļiem uzdevumu risināšanā izglītības iestādēs Latvijā. Sadarbība ir pedagoģisko rezultātu un vērtību apmaiņas pamats, tā veido skolas vides būtiskāko daļu. Darba aktualitāte pamatojas ar nepieciešamību demokrātiskas sabiedrības veidošanās procesā veidot veiksmīgu sadarbību starp skolotājiem un skolēniem. Pētījums tika veikts Valmieras 5.vidusskolā un Rīgas Hanzas vidusskolā 7.,8. klasēs, lai izvērtētu sadarbības procesu sporta stundās. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina par to, ka Valmieras 5.vidusskolā sporta skolotāja un skolēnu sadarbība ir veiksmīgāka, pilnvērtīgāka kā Rīgas Hanzas vidusskolā. The most of the public education specialist see collaboration as a great asset. Its organization on studying as humanistic approach aspect to studying is one of the given ways for challenges at the education institutions of Latvia. The collaboration of teachers and students is the exchanging base of educational outcomes and the value, which makes essential ingredient of the school environment. Work topicality based on the need to make the successful collaboration between teachers and students in the process to build the democratic society. The researching was made in classes 7 and 8 at the Valmiera Secondary School # 5 and the Riga Hanza Secondary School to evaluate the cooperation process on the sports lessons. The researching results show that sports teacher and pupils’ collaboration at Valmiera Secondary School # 5 is successful, fuller than at the Riga Hanza Secondary School. Assessing the collaboration processes at the both of these schools, there was developed more successful model of cooperation development.
