Sociālpedagoģiskā darbība bērnu namā "Ziemeļi" jauniešu patstāvīgas dzīves uzsākšanās veicināšanā

Abstract

Diplomdarbā tiek risināta aktuāla problēma par bērnu nama audzēkņu dzīves prasmju izveidotību un gatavību patstāvīgai dzīvei. Ar dzīves prasmēm saprot prasmes, kas nodrošina labas cilvēku savstarpējās attiecības, sociālu atbildību un sev un citiem labvēlīgas izvēles. To apguve nodrošina patiesi vispusīgu personības attīstību- intelektuālo, emocionālo un sociālo. Lai rastu atbildi uz jautājumu, kā palīdzēt bērnu nama audzēkņiem sagatavoties patstāvīgai dzīvei, tika analizēta literatūra par dzīves prasmju nozīmi patstāvīgas dzīves uzsākšanā, kā arī par bērnu nama audzēkņu dzīves prasmju deficītu un tā mazināšanas iespējām. 2008. gada pavasarī tika veikts pētījums Rīgas pašvaldības bērnu namā „Ziemeļi” par bērnu nama jauniešu dzīves prasmēm un gatavību patstāvīgai dzīvei. Pētījuma gaitā tika noskaidrots, ka lielākajai daļai jauniešu ir nepieciešama palīdzība jautājumu risināšanā dažādās institūcijās, prasmēs iesaistīties komandas darbā, ēst gatavošanā, budžeta plānošanā, lēmumu pieņemšanā, domstarpību risināšanā. Pamatojoties uz veikto pētījumu diplomdarba autore izstrādāja bērnu nama „Ziemeļi” jauniešu dzīves prasmju pilnveides programmu un to aprobēja.

The Diploma Paper deals with important issue of acquiring necessary skills and general readiness for independent life of those youths who leave the children’s home. The necessary skills to be understood those ensuring good mutual relationships, social responsibility and favorable choices for themselves and others. Acquiring these skills provides for truly versatile development – intellectual, emotional and social. In order to answer the question how to assist wards of children’s home to get prepared for independent life, analysis has been made of the literature concerning the importance of the skills necessary for commencing the self-dependent life, as well as concerning the lack of those skills and overcoming of this shortage. Research has been carried out in children’s home “Ziemeļi” of Riga municipality in spring of 2008 related to the readiness of children to independent life and acquired skills. The research revealed that majority of the youths needs assistance in number of situations when different institutions and teamwork are involved, also related to the preparation of food, planning of a budget, decision making and resolving difference of opinions. The author, on the basis of the conducted research, prepared and tested the program of improvement of the living skills of the youths of the children’s home “Ziemeļi”.
