Dagnes Graudiņas diplomdarba tēma ir „Spēle kā mācību metode kulturoloģijā.”Darba mērķis ir apzināt spēles kā mācību metodes izmantošanas iespējas kulturoloģijas stundās, temata Senās Romas kultūra apguvē. Diplomdarbā apskatīta kulturoloģjas kā mācību priekšmeta būtība, saistība ar kultūras vēsturi un kulturoloģijas metodika. Darbā aprakstīta spēle kā mācību metode, tās izmantošanas nosacījumi, izmantošanas pedagoģiskais pamatojums, funkcijas un klasifikācija. Autore ir izstrādājusi spēles: „Romieši iekaro Grieķiju”, „Senās Romas personība un žurnālists”, „Senās Romas arhitektūra” un kāršu spēli „Senā Roma.” Autore ir secinājusi, ka spēle ir aktīva mācību metode, kas nodrošina skolēnu iesaistīšanos, palīdz īsā laikā apgūt jaunas zināšanas, un nodrošina to atcerēšanos ilgtermiņā. Darbam ir 3 nodaļas, 8 apakšnodaļas un 9 pielikumi. The theme of Dagne Graudiņa’s Paper is “The Use of Games as a Teaching Method in Culturology.”The aim of the Paper is to explore the use of games as a teaching method in Culturology lessons, while learning about the culture of Ancient Rome. The Paper deals with the essence of Culturology, its connection with the history of culture and also examines the methodology of Culturology. The Paper describes a game as a teaching method, its rules of usage, pedagogical background, functions and classification. The author has made such games as “Romans Conquer Greece”,“The Personality and Journalist in Ancient Rome”,“The Architecture of Ancient Rome” and a card game “Ancient Rome”. The author has concluded that a game is an active teaching method that ensures students participation, helps to acquire new knowledge and ensures a long term memory of it. The Paper comprises 3 chapters, 8 sub-chapters and 9 appendices.
