Sociālā pedagoga darbs ar vecākiem jaunākā vecuma bērnu adaptācijas risku mazināšanā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Ivetas Samas diplomdarba tēma ir „Sociālā pedagoga darbs ar vecākiem jaunākā vecuma bērnu adaptācijas risku mazināšanā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē”. Sadarbība pedagogiem ar vecākiem ir viens no bērnu adaptācijas risku mazināšanas faktoriem. Diplomdarba ietvaros tika veikts sociāpedagoģiskais pētījums ar mērķi izzināt jaunākā vecuma bērnu adaptācijas īpatnības, izveidojot programmu pedagogu un vecāku sadarbībai bērnu adaptācijas risku mazināšanai. Darbā izmantotas vairākas pētīšanas metodes: anketēšana, novērošana un izmēģinājumdarbība. Darbā ir aplūkotas teorētiskās nostādnes par adaptācijas procesa būtību, iespējamie adaptācijas riski, to mazināšanas un novēršanas priekšnoteikumi, atspoguļotas jaunākā vecuma bērnu attīstības īpatnības, veikta vecāku anketēšana, izmēģinājumdarbība un analizēti iegūtie rezultāti. Apkopotie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ja pedagogs veido pozitīvu emocionālo kontaktu ar vecākiem un bērniem, tad adaptācija pirmskolā noris veiksmīgi.

The theme of Iveta Sama’s paper is „Work of a social worker with parents to reduce adaptation risks of younger children in pre – school educational establishments”. One of the factors to reducē adaptation risks of children is cooperation between teachers and parents . A socio – pedagogical research aimed at investigation of features of adaptation of younger children was carried out within the framework of the paper to from a cooperation programme of teachers and parents to reduce children’s adaptation risks. Several research methods have been used: questionnaires, observation and trial. The paper deals with theoretical issues of the adaptation process, possible risks of it, conditions of prevention and reduction of them, features of development of yonger children, results of parents’ quesetionnaires and analysis of the results of trial activities. The results lead to the conclusion that successful adaptation in pre – school can be gained by teacher’s positive enrotional contact with parents and shildren.
