Konkurētspēja, to ietekmējošie faktori, uzņēmuma finanšu rādītāji un vadītāja loma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanā

Abstract

Mūsdienu ļoti stiprās konkurences apstākļos uzņēmumiem ir grūti izdzīvot un veiksmīgi darboties, tāpēc tiem jāmeklē optimālais risinājums, kā būt labākajiem un konkurētspējīgiem. Pareiza un gudra uzņēmuma vadīšana ir vislabākais paņēmiens, kā to panākt. Lai varētu panākt, saglabāt un turpināt uzņēmuma veiksmīgu darbību, lai atrastos notikumu, jaunumu un tirgus tendenču vidū, jāzina konkurentu plāni, darbības, produkti, ekonomiskie un finanšu rādītāji un jācenšas būt vismaz vienādā līmenī ar viņiem, bet labakais variants ir būt labākajiem par viņiem. Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts ar mērķi noskaidrot, kādu lomu spēlē uzņēmuma vadītājs tā konkurētspējas paaugstināšanā, kā arī, lai izpētītu, kādi faktori ietekmē uzņēmuma konkurētspēju un kādā veidā vadītājs var vadīt šos faktorus. Tika izpētīta un novērteta vadītāja darbība un darbības efektivitāte līzinga uzņēmumā “Swedbank Līzings”. Mērķu sasniegšanai tika izstrādātas anketas priekš uzņēmuma darbiniekiem un pēc tam apkopoti rezultāti. Akcents darbā bija uzlikts uz to, ka uzņēmuma konkurētspēja ir atkarīga no dažādiem faktoriem un resursiem, bet tieši darbinieki ir šis galvenais faktors, kas virza uzņēmumu uz priekšu un nodrošina uzņēmuma konkurētspēju tirgū. Ja vadītājs neatradīs pareizu pieeju darbiniekiem, ja viņš nespēs izveidot saliedēto kolektīvu un ja viņš nespēs pierādīt darbiniekiem, ka uzņēmuma mērķi sakrīt arī ar viņu mērķiem un nedos skaidrību par izstrādāto stratēģiju, tad diez vai uzņēmuma komanda būs tāda, kura nodrošinās uzņēmuma veiksmi tirgū un uzņēmuma konkurētspēju. Darbā tiek izpētīts, kā vadība vada personālu, vai notiek nepieciešama apmācība, kā personāls attiecas pret vadību un klientiem, pret saviem pienākumiem, kā uztver kritiku, vai notiek kontrole no vadības puses utt. Pēc pētījuma rezultātu apkopojuma tika konstatēts, ka SIA „Swedbank Līzings” vadība par vissvārīgāko uzņēmuma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas faktoru uzskata darbiniekus un attiecības kolektīvā. SIA „Swedbank Līzings” daudz laika un spēka tiek veltīts tam, lai izveidotu profesionālo komandu ar kopīgiem mērķiem un ar stimulu paaugstināt uzņēmuma, kurā strādā, konkurētspēju. Pētījums pieradīja, ka SIA „Swedbank Līzings” visas četras vadības pamatfunkcijas- plānošana, organizēšana, motivēšana un kontrole- tiek izpildītas, taču vadībai jābūt uzmanīgākai un jāizskata katrs gadījums, kad darbinieki nav apmierināti, kad viņiem nav skaidra uzņēmuma stratēģija un misija, jo citādi uzņēmuma darbība nebūs tik efektīva un veiksmiga, kā plānots. Darba kopējais lappušu skaits ir 85 lapaspuses, 5 pielikumi, 1 tabula un 46 attēli.

Today in a strict competition it is hard for enterprises to work successfully, that is the reason why they have to find optimal decisions how to be the best and competitive. Right and wise business administration is the best way how to achieve this. To achieve, save and continue a successful work of the enterprise, to be up on what is going on in business events, news and market tendency it is important to know competitors’ plans, products, economical and financial achievements. What is not less important is trying to be at least on the same level with competitors, but the best variant is to be better then they. The present work is written with the object to make a research about which factors influence the enterprise and how entrepreneur can manage them. The effectiveness and work of the head of „Swedbank Līzings” Ltd. was researched and evaluated in a present work. The emphasis in work was put on the fact, that successful work of enerprise depends on different factors and resources, but exactly employees are that main factor which helps enterprises to develop and which ensures successful future for them. If the head of a company can not find an approach to employees, if he can not make united team and if he can not prove them that the goals of the company meet their own goals then hardly the team of a company will guarantee its successful work at the market. In present work it is researched how managers of the highest level conduct personnel, if a necessary training exists, what is personnel’s attitude towards clients and the highest level managers, towards their responsibilities, how do they perceive criticism, if there is necessary control form the head of a company etc. After the author had analised the results of carried out research, it was stated that the head of „Swedbank Līzings Ltd” regards personnel and realtionships of employees as the most important factor making cmpany competitive. In „Swedbank Līzings Ltd” much time and effort is devoted to making a professional team with common goals and with incentive to make the company where they work more competitive The research has proved that in „Swedbank Līzings Ltd” all 4 management basic functions- planning, organization, motivating and control- are being fulfilled, however leaders of the company have to be more attentive and they have to examine any cases when employees are not agreeable to any of taken decisions and when strategy and goals of the company are not clear to them, otherwise work of the comapny would not be so successful and effective as it was planned.
