Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Uzņēmumu kredītspējas analīze, tās problemātiskie aspekti”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz iegūto teorētisko bāzi par kredītspējas analīzi, Swedbank grupas kredītpolitiku un kredītspējas analīzes koncepciju, identificēt problēmas, ar kurām saskaras komercbankas Latvijā un sniegt priekšlikumus to novēršanā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir raksturots kredītu tirgus, ietverot arī kredītspējas izvērtēšanas nepieciešamību bankās Latvijā. Otrajā daļā tiek detalizēti pētīti kredītspējas analīzes posmi komercbankā, autore analizē kredītpolitikas koncepciju, kritērijus. Tā kā strauji pasliktinās banku kredītportfeļa kvalitāte, autore uzskata, ka adekvāta kredītspējas izvērtēšana ir viens no galvenajiem bankas uzdevumiem. Trešajā nodaļā tiek modelēts praktiskās analīzes piemērs kredītspējas izvērtēšanā, uzmanība tiek pievērsta tēmas problemātikai un pilnveidošanas variantiem. Praktisko kredītspējas analīzes modeļu izmantošana ļauj pilnvērtīgāk izstrādāt priekšlikumus kredītspējas analīzes procesa uzlabošanai. Darba nobeigumā tiek izdarīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi efektīvai kredītspējas analīzes nodrošināšanai. Maģistra darbs satur 7 attēlus, 3 tabulas un 36 formulas. Maģistra darbā izmantoti 49 literatūras un informācijas avoti.

The title of the master work is „The analysis of corporate creditworthiness, its problematic aspects”. The purpose of the master work is to identify problems which are actual in Latvian commercial banks, generate suggestions to avert them, acting on the basis of theoretical foundation of creditworthiness analysis, credit policy of Swedbank Group, and conception of creditworthiness analysis. The master work consists of three parts. In the first chapter credit market, including the necessity of creditworthiness analysis in banks of Latvia are described. In the second chapter detailed analysis of creditworthiness evaluation by sections is given, author gives the credit policy conception analysis, criteria. As the quality of bank loan portfolio is decreasing rapidly, the author considers that the adequate analysis of creditworthiness is one of the most important tasks in bank. The example of practical creditworthiness analysis has been modeled, the main attention is paid to the problems of the subject and options how to improve the creditworthiness analysis process. Using the practical examples of the creditworthiness analyses allows to develop valuable suggestions for the creditworthiness analysis improvement. Conclusions and suggestions are given in the final part to provide the effective process of the creditworthiness analysis. The master work consists of 7 pictures, 3 tables and 36 formulas. 49 sources of literature and information have been used in the master work.
