SIA „Spriegums” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtēšana

Abstract

Diplomdarba finansiālās analīzes veikšanai tika izvēlēts SIA „Spriegums”, kas nodarbojas ar elektromontāžas darbu veikšanu. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izanalizēt SIA „Spriegums” finansiālo stāvokli un no tā izrietošiem pozitīviem un negatīviem aspektiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa pilnveidošanai un uzlabošanai. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek izklāstīta būtība par finanšu analīzes nozīmi, kā arī to raksturojošiem rādītājiem no teorētiskā aspekta. Otrā nodaļa tiek veltīta uzņēmuma SIA „Spriegums” īsam raksturojumam. Trešajā nodaļā tika veikta uzņēmuma SIA „Spriegums” finansiālā analīze laika periodā no 2005. līdz 2008.gadam. Ceturtā nodaļa tiek veltīta uzņēmuma SIA „Elteks” īsam raksturojumam, kā arī tika veikta konkurējoša uzņēmuma SIA „Elteks” finansiālā analīze laika periodā no 2005. līdz 2007.gadam. Piektā nodaļā tika veikta analīze, salīdzinot abu uzņēmumu finansiālus rādītājus. Diplomdarbā veiktā analīze un pētījums pamatojas uz vispārējo literatūru, statistikas datiem, internetā pieejamiem materiāliem, kā arī uzņēmuma nepublicētiem materiāliem. Diplomdarba apjoms sastāda 64 lappuses. Ir sastādītas 35 tabulas un izveidoti 19 attēli, kā arī pievienoti 12 pielikumi. In this graduation paper financial analysis of a electric installation work whole perform company „Spriegums” Ltd. was performed. The aim of the paper was to analyze financial position of the aforementioned company, conclude on the positive and negative aspects, and propose actions for the improvement of the company’s financial position. The first, theory, part of the paper sets out on the essence of financial analysis and its importance, as well as characteristic rations. The second part of the paper shortly describes the company „Spriegums” Ltd. In the third part of the paper the financial analysis of „Spriegums” Ltd. is performed for the period of 2005-2008. The fourth part of the paper shortly describes the company „Elteks” Ltd. and the financial analysis is performed for the period of 2005-2007. In the firth part of the paper the results are compared with the results of the competing company. The conducted research and analysis is justified by literature, statistic data, material available on the internet, as well as company’s data, which is not publicly available. The volume of the paper amounts to 64 pages, includes 25 tables and 19 pictures, along with 12 appendices.
