| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba temats ir „Vienotā eiro maksājumu telpa”, (SEPA) kuru autore izvēlējās, tāpēc, ka tas ir jauns projekts, kas novērsīs atšķirības starp iekšzemes un pārrobežu klientu maksājumiem. SEPA ietilpst 32 Eiropas valstis. Uzņēmējdarbībā tas veicinās pārrobežu tirdzniecību, bet vienkāršiem patērētājiem atvieglos norēķināšanās procesu, jo būs iespējams izmantot tikai vienu bankas kontu un pat vienu norēķinu karti. Autore vēlējās noskaidrot, kādas iespējas un ieguvumus piedāvā SEPA projekts, kā arī iepazīties ar tā attīstības gaitu.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pieejamiem izziņas materiāliem par Eiropas vienoto maksājumu telpu izveidi un attīstību, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kas saistīti ar Vienotās eiro maksājumu telpas veiksmīgu attīstību un tās pilnveidošanu.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta Eiropas Savienības un SEPA izveide un attīstība, mērķi, SEPA produktu veidi, noteikta to būtība un tiesiskas regulējums
Otrajā nodaļā tiek izpētīts SEPA produktu attīstības līmenis. Tiek analizēts SEPA migrācijas līmenis eiro zonas valstīs un SEPA ieviešanas plāns Latvijā.
Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēti SEPA ieguvumi no banku, patērētāju, uzņēmumu, valsts sektora un iesaistīto infrastruktūru puses. Trešās daļas nobeigumā tiek noteiktas problēmas un šķēršļi, kas kavē SEPA attīstību un migrāciju, kā arī noteiktas prioritātes, lai SEPA veiksmīgi attīstītos.
Darbā galvenokārt tiek izmantoti Eiropas Centrālās bankas izdotie bukleti, Eiropas Komisijas un Eiropas Maksājumu padomes ziņojumi un brošūras, statistiskie rādītāji par periodu no 2008. gada līdz 2010. gadam, kā arī aktuālākā informācija no interneta resursiem un literatūras avotiem.
Maģistra darba nobeigumā autore sniedz secinājumus, kas radušies darba izstrādes gaitā, un izvirza priekšlikumus vienotās eiro maksājumu telpas veiksmīgai attīstībai.
Maģistra darba pētījuma periods ir laika posms no 2008. gada līdz 2010. gadam. Maģistra darbs satur 91 lapas, 3 tabulas un 25 attēlus. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Master thesis topic is „The Single Euro Payments Area” (SEPA) the author chosed because it is a new project that will eliminate disparities between domestic and cross-border retail payments in the euro area. SEPA includes 32 European countries. In business it will promote cross border trade, but ordinary consumers to facilitate the settlement process because it will be possible to use only one bank account and even one credit card. The author wanted to find out, what opportunities and benefits offered by the SEPA project, as well as get acquainted with its development.
Master's work is based on the available reference material on the Single European Payments Area creation and development, draw conclusions and develop proposals relating to the Single Euro Payments Area a successful development.
Master's thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter describes the European Union and the establishment and development of SEPA, the objectives of SEPA products in ways defined the nature and legal framework.
In the second chapter examined the SEPA product development level. Migration level of SEPA is analyzed in the euro area and the SEPA implementation plan in Latvia.
The third chapter analyzes the benefits of SEPA, banks, consumers, businesses, public sector and infrastructure of the participating parties.
Part three is the end of certain problems and obstacles that hinder the development of SEPA migration and set priorities for SEPA successful development.
The master thesis research time period is year 2008 – 2010.
In the master thesis conclusion the author offers, which showed in the writing process of the thesis, and puts forward proposals for the Single Euro Payments Area successful development.
