Parex Asset Management ieguldījumu fondu darbības analīze

Abstract

Tikai 6% no Latvijas iedzīvotājiem iegulda naudas līdzekļus ieguldījumu fondos. Tas ir ļoti mazs procents, kas liecina par to, ka, pirmkārt, Latvijas iedzīvotāji ir slikti informēti un apmācīti par pakalpojumu, otrkārt, ir diezgan slikti ekonomiskie apstākļi, kā arī zemais dzīves līmenis traucē patērētājiem ieguldīt savus aktīvus ieguldījumu fondos.Tāpēc ieguldījumu fondu attīstība, aktīvu portfeļa sadalījuma kvalitātes uzlabošana, labvēlīgu nosacījumu izveidošana investēšanai ir diezgan aktuāla tēma mūsdienās, jo fondu investēšanas rezultātos ir ieinteresēti visi ekonomiskie subjekti. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt Parex Asset Management fondu darbību ar mērķi izstrādāt priekšlikumus par fondu darbības uzlabošanu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trim daļām. Pirmās daļas ietvaros ir izpētīti ieguldījumu fondu definīcijas, veidi un riski. Otrajā daļā ir izpētīti ieguldījumu līmeņa ietekmējoši faktori uz Latvijas iedzīvotājiem, kā arī ieguldījumu fondu attīstība Latvijā un Parex Asset Management darbība. Trešā daļā autore salīdzina Parex Krievijas akciju fondu ar citiem Krievijas Akciju fondiem un izpēta speciālistu prognozes. Secinājumos darba autore piedāvā priekšlikumus, kā attīstīt ieguldījumu fondus Latvijā, kā arī tiek izstrādāti priekšlikumi par Parex Krievijas Akciju fondu tālāku aktīvu portfeļa sadalījumu.

Only 6% of the inhabitants prefer to invest in the investment funds. This is a very small percent, which may prove that, first, the inhabitants of Latvia are insufficiently informed about this product; second, poor economic conditions and low living standards are the obstacles which prevent people from invest their capital in the investment funds. That is why the development of the investment funds, the improvement of the quality of dedicating asset portfolio and creating favorable conditions for the investing is a topical issue nowadays, because all the economic subjects are interested in the efficient work of investment funds. The aim of the master's degree work is to examine the activity of Parex Asset Management in order to work out the suggestions about the improvement of the performance of funds.Master's degree works consists of three parts. Determinations, kinds and risks of investments funds, are explored in the first part. Factors, influencing on the investments of the Latvian inhabitants, and activity of Parex Asset Management, are explored in the second part. In the third part author compared the Parex Russian fund of actions with other Russian funds of actions and studied the prognoses of specialists. In conclusions author developed suggestion on development of investments funds in Latvia, and also developed suggestion on the further dedicating asset portfolio of Parex Russian fund of actions.
