| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darbs „Privātpersonu nekustamā īpašuma apdrošināšana Latvijā” ir izstrādāts, lai izpētītu nedzīvības apdrošināšanas un nekustamā īpašuma tirgus īpatnības Latvijā.
Maģistra darba mērķis ir, izpētot privātpersonu nekustamā īpašuma apdrošināšanas tirgu un produkta konkurētspēju starp lielākajām apdrošināšanas sabiedrībām Latvijā, izstrādāt priekšlikumus nekustamā īpašuma apdrošināšanas pilnveidošanai.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir apdrošināšanas nozares teorētiskais apskats – apdrošināšanas būtība, tirgus uzraudzība, īpašuma apdrošināšanas principi un pielietojums Latvijā. Otrajā nodaļā ir analizēti nedzīvības apdrošināšanas tirgus rādītāji, kā arī lielāko Latvijas apdrošinātāju īpašuma apdrošināšanas noteikumi un tarifi. Trešajā nodaļā apskatītas apdrošināšanas tirgus nākotnes prognozes un obligātās nekustamā īpašuma apdrošināšanas ieviešanas iespējas. Darba rezultātā ir izdarīti secinājumi un izstrādāti priekšlikumi Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus pilnveidošanai un attīstībai.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no 88 lappusēm, 19 attēliem, 2 tabulām un 2 pielikumiem.

| dc.description.abstract | Master's Paper "Insurance Of Individuals' Real Estate In Latvia” has been elaborated in order to do research of the peculiarities of the non-life insurance and the real estate market in Latvia.
Purpose of the Master's Paper is while doing research of the insurance market of the individuals' real estate and the product's competitiveness among the biggest insurance companies in Latvia to elaborate proposals for the improvement of the real estate insurance.
Master's Paper consists of three chapters. In the first chapter there is the theoretical review of the insurance field – essence of insurance, market surveillance, principles of property insurance and application in Latvia. In the second chapter there are analysed the indices of non-life insurance market as well the property insurance regulations and tariffs of the biggest insurers of Latvia. In the third chapter there are reviewed the future forecasts of the insurance market and the implementation possibilities of the obligatory real estate insurance. As result of the Paper there have been made the conclusions and elaborated the proposals for the improvement and development of the real estate market of Latvia.
The size of master’s paper is 88 pages, in paper are included 2 tables, 19 pictures and 2 appendices.
