Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir SIA Hansa Līzinga attīstības perspektīvas. Darba apjoms ir 78 lapaspuses un darbā ir ievietota 4 tabula, 25 attēli, kā arī ievads, secinājumi un priekšlikumi un 6 pielikumi. Diplomdarba mērķis: pamatojoties uz teorētisko literatūru un darba autora praktisko pieredzi, raksturot līzinga jēdzienu, tā būtību, līzinga vēsturisko attīstību pasaulē, noskaidrot līzinga darījumu pozitīvās un negatīvās iezīmes, salīdzinot tās ar alternatīviem finansēšanas veidiem; izvērtēt līzinga darījumu klasifikāciju; apskatīt un novērtēt līzinga attīstības posmus Latvijā; apskatīt līzinga tirgus līdera SIA Hansa Līzings attīstību pēdējos gados; prognozēt SIA Hansa Līzinga attīstību nākotnē; apkopojot pētījuma ietvaros iegūto informāciju, izstrādāt argumentētus secinājumus un priekšlikumus SIA Hansa līzings attīstības veicināšanai. Uzdevumu risināšanas gaitā autors ir nonācis pie sekojošiem priekšlikumiem: Lai palielinātu klientu lojalitāti, līzinga kompānijām būtu jāievieš sava veida bonusu programma, kuras rezultātā, klients pēc noteikta līzinga nomaksas laika iegūst zināmas atlaides citu līzinga objektu iegādei – speciāli piedāvājumi, kuri ir izstrādāti tieši viņam. Hansa Līzingam ir nepieciešams vēl aktīvāk piedalīties jauno tirgu iekarošanā sakarā ar to, ka šobrīd Hansa Līzings ir vienīgā kompānija, kura piedāvā finansēt ūdens un gaisa transportu iegādi Hansa līzingam ir jāpievērš ļoti liela uzmanība uz papildus pakalpojumiem, lai tanī brīdī kad tiks ieviest jaunais likums par Inflācijas apkarošanu, Hansa Līzings gūtu peļņu no papildus pakalpojumiem, kurus izmanto līzinga klients, t.i. Statoil Degvielas karte un Kasko apdrošināšana līzinga maksājumā

The topic of the diploma thesis is the development prospects of SIA Hansa Lizings. The volume of the thesis is 78 pages, and it comprises 4 table, 25 illustrations, an introduction, conclusions, proposals, as well as 6 appendices. The objective of the diploma thesis is, based on the theoretical sources and the author’s practical background, to describe the concept of leasing, its essence, the evolution of leasing in the world, to identify the positive and the negative features of lease transactions by a comparison with alternative types of financing; to assess the classification of lease transactions; to review and to evaluate the development stages of leasing in Latvia; to review the last years’ progress achieved by the market leader SIA Hansa Lizings; to make a forecast of SIA Hansa Lizings’s future development; based on the information obtained in research, to develop substantiated conclusions and proposals for furthering the development of SIA Hansa Lizings. In the course of tackling the objectives, the author arrived at the following proposals: In order to boost customer loyalty, lease companies should introduce some kind of a bonus programme where customers, after paying off one lease, would be entitled to discounts in the purchase of other lease objects – special custom-made offers. Hansa Lizings should engage even more actively in the penetration of new markets in connection with the fact that today Hansa Lizings is the only company offering finance in the purchase of watercrafts and aircrafts Hansa Lizings should pay a very great deal of attention to extra services, so that at the moment of implementation of the new inflation-curbing related laws and regulations, Hansa Lizings would profit from the extra services used by lease customers, such as Statoil Fuel Card and the distribution of CASCO car insurance premium over lease payments.
