Darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas loģistikas uzņēmumā „X”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas loģistikas uzņēmumā „X””. Bakalaura darbs balstīts uz teorijām un uzņēmuma personāla izpēti ar mērķi noskaidrot, vai darbinieki uzņēmumā „X” jūtas pietiekoši motivēti maksimālai atdevei darbā. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 6 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Tam ir 65 lpp, 8 zīmējumi, 6 tabulas, un 3 pielikumi. Darba pirmajā un otrajā nodaļa aprakstītas svarīgākās motivācijas teorijas, to virzieni. Trešajā nodaļā motivācija ir izpētīta kā vadīšanas funkcija. Ceturtajā nodaļā veikts uzņēmuma „X” vispārējs apraksts kā organizācijas izpētes avots. Piektajā nodaļā aprakstīta darbinieku motivēšanas sistēma uzņēmumā „X”. Sestajā nodaļa pētīta darbinieku motivācija. Balstoties uz bakalaura darba autores izstrādātajām anketām ir izpētīti svarīgākie motivācijas faktori no personāla un uzņēmuma vadītāja viedokļa. Pamatojoties uz darbā gūtajām atziņām, ir izdarīti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi, kas ir vērsti uz personāla motivācijas pilnveidošanas iespējām uzņēmumā „X”.

The theme of the Bachelor Paper is "The possibility to improve the motivation of the employees in the logistic enterprise „X””. The Bachelor Paper consists of the theoretical part and research of the employees in this company. The aim of the Paper to know weather the employees have enough motivation to work very hard in this company. The Bachelors paper consists of the introduction, six parts, conclusions and proposals. It contains 65 pages, 8 figures, 6 tables and 3 appendices. In the first and second chapter of this Paper is written about the motivation. In the chapter 3 was carried out the motivation as a main function. In the Chapter 4 deals with the description of the enterprise as research method. In the Chapter 5 is written about employees’ motivation system in enterprise “X”. In the chapter 6 is researched the motivation of the employees. On the basis of the questionnaires developed by the author of the paper the most important motivation factors have been researched from the viewpoint of the staff and the staff authorities. On the basis of results obtained in the course of the present research conclusions have been drawn and the proposals directed on the improvement on the staff motivation in the aforesaid office have been made.
