Stress, stresa menedžments, tā rašanās iemesli un sekas uzņēmumā „X”

Abstract

Bakalaura darba pamatā ir uzņēmuma „X” stresa menedžmenta problēmu konstatēšana, to cēloņu un seku analīze, kā arī novēršanas iespējas saistībā ar darba teorētisko daļu. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāds stresa līmenis ir uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba 1.nodaļā ir apskatīti stresa veidi un jēdziena izcelsme, 2.nodaļā - profesionālā stresa jēdzieni, ārvalstu pieredze, 3.-6. nodaļā ir aplūkoti profesionālā stresa cēloņi un sekas. 7. nodaļa ataino stresa novēršanas iespējas organizācijas vidē, bet 8. nodaļa individuālās pretošanās iespējas. 9.-10. nodaļa sniedz informāciju par uzņēmumu, pētījuma objektiem, bet 11.-13. nodaļa ataino novērošanas, anketēšanas un interviju analīžu rezultātus, piedāvājot secinājumus un priekšlikumus. Literatūras un avotu saraksts satur 32 vienības. Darba apjoms ir 78 lpp, tas ietver 1 tabulu, 21 attēlu un 1 pielikumu.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out the level of stress and problems concerning stress management in the enterprise „X”, and to explore stress causes and effects proposing stress prevention possibilities. The 1st chapter deals with stress types and concept origin, 2nd chapter - the concept of professional stress, international evidence, 3rd to 6th chapter examines the causes and effects of professional stress. 7th chapter shows the possibilities of reducing stress in the organization and 8th - individual activities. 9th and 10th chapter gives information about enterprise and research objects. 11th to 13th chapter analyzes the results of questionnaire, observation and interview, offering conclusions and suggestions. Thesis consists of 78 pages, 21 picture, chart and appendix. Bibliography contains 32 sources.
