| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Rīga un Rīgas rajona dzīvokļu tirgus attīstības problēmas”, apjoms ir 73 lapas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Rīgas un Rīgas rajona dzīvokļu tirgus piedāvājumus, to ietekmējošus cenu faktorus un izpētīt kādas izmaiņas varētu rasties dzīvokļu tirgū tuvākā nākotnē, salīdzinot ar iepriekšējiem gadiem, veikt secinājumus un piedāvāt priekšlikumus izvirzīto problēmu risināšanai.
Bakalaura darbā ir trīs nodaļas: pirmajā nodaļā analizēta nekustamā īpašuma tirgus būtība un īpatnības; otrajā – nekustamā īpašuma tirgus segmentu analīze un trešajā – dzīvokļu tirgus cenas veidošanas analīze pēc nozares ekspertu aptaujas rezultātiem. Darba beigas tika izdarīti secinājumi, izmantojot ekonomiskas un ekspertmetodes rezultātus, ka arī priekšlikumi dzīvokļu tirgus attīstībai. | dc.description.abstract | The theme of the graduation work is “Development problems of apartment market of Riga city and Riga district”, scope is 73 pages. The objective is to analyze the demand of apartments of Riga and Riga district, the factors that influence price and find out the changes that can arise in apartment market in near future in compare with last years, make conclusions and suggestions to solve problems in apartment market.
There are 3 parts in graduation work: the first part is dedicated for analyzing the essence and differences of real estate market; the second – real estate market segments analyze and the third – pricing in apartment market, based on results of questionnaire of sector experts. At the ending there are conclusions, based on results of economical and expert methods, as well as suggestions for developing apartment market.
