SIA „Korniči” finanšu analīze un finanšu situācijas uzlabošanas iespējas

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir novērtēt uzľēmuma SIA ―Korniči‖ finansiālo stāvokli, kurš nodarbojas ar zivju un zivju izstrādājumu mazumtirdzniecību Centrālajā tirgū „Zivju paviljonā‖. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā tiek aplūkoti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie pamati, to būtība, funkcijas, nepieciešamība, kā arī informācijas bāze. Otrajā daļā tiek detalizēti novērtēta uzľēmuma finansiālā situācija izmantojot zinātnes metodes un paľēmienus. Darba izstrādāšanas gaitā tika izmantoti vairāki speciālie literatūras avoti gan latviešu, gan krievu valodā. Novērtēšanas rezultātā tika atklātas uzľēmuma darbības problēmas, tādas kā: zema likviditāte, pārmērīgi zema rentabilitāte, pašu apgrozāmo līdzekļu trūkums. Autors izvirza savus priekšlikumus to novēršanai un darbības attīstībai. Atslēgvārdi: 1.finanšu analīze, 2.maksātspēja, 3.rentabilitāte, 4.likviditāte

The overall objective of degree work is to analyse a financial state of firm Korniči, which is engaged in retail trade of a fish and fish products in Fish pavilion in the Central market. Work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the theoretical basis of the financial analysis, its basis, functions, necessity, and also information base. The second part describes detailed analyse of financial state of the enterprise using following methods and ways. Special literature in Latvian and in Russian languages was used during the work. As a result of the carried, spent analysis the serious problems in financial activity the enterprise, such as were revealed: low ability to pay on the duties, excessively low profitability, complete absence of own turnaround means.
