Debetkaršu un kredītkaršu tirgus izpēte un anlīze Saldus pilsētā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir izstrādāts ar mērķi izvērtēt klientu rīcības motīvus,izvēloties banku piedāvājumu maksājumu karšu klāstā Saldus pilsētā. Autore secina,ka Latvijas iedzīvotāji aizvien vairāk novērtē maksājumu karšu sniegtās priekšrocības. Darbā apskatīti un izvērtēti maksājumu karšu pirmsākumi,karšu veidi, elektroniskie banku pakalpojumi, statistika, LR likumdošana, vadošo banku maksājumu karšu piedāvājumi, karšu cenrāži, aptaujas rezultāti. Bakalaura darba izstrādei izmantoti – bakalaura darba tēmai atbilstoša zinātniskā literatūra, statistika, periodika un interneta resursi.

Darbā ir 106 lappuses, 22 attēli, 23 tabulas.

The bachelor paper has been worked out with the goal to evaluate the customers` motives of action,choosing from the offer of the banks of debit cards and credit cards in Saldus. The author draws a conclusion that the people of Latvia appreciate the advantages of the cards. The origin of the cards,the types of cards,services of electronic banks(e-banks),statistics,legislation of the Latvian Republic,the offers of the cards by the leading banks,pricelists,the results of the questionaries are considered and evaluated in the bachelor paper. Appropriate scientific literature,statistical data,periodicals and the internet databases have been used to work out the bachelor paper. The paper contains 106 pages,22 pictures,23 tables.
