SIA „Rusvi” finansu analīze un attīstības iespējas

Abstract

Šajā diplomdarbā tiek apskatīta komercsabiedrības – SIA „Rusvi” finansu rezultāti finansu attīstība noteiktā laikā posmā. Diplomdarba pētījuma mērķis ir iepazīties un novērtēt SIA „Rusvi” finansu rādītājus , ka arī salīdzināt komercsabiedrības finansiālo stāvokli ar konkurentiem. Diplomdarbā izmantotās novērtējuma metodes – datu salīdzināšanas dinamika, nosākot izmaiņas absolūtā un relatīvā izteiksmē, kā arī rentabilitātes līmeņa, likviditātes , maksātspējas un aprites koeficientu aprēķināšana un dinamika. Galvenais darba mērķis ir ne tikai novērtēt SIA „Rusvi” finansiālus rādītājus , bet arī salīdzināt finansiālus rādītājus ar konkurentu uzņēmumiem. Tirgus apstākļos pilnvērtīgi novērtēt situāciju, var tikai izmantojot arī arējas vides analīzi. Tāpēc pētījumam bija izvēlēti SIA „Rusvi” reālie konkurentu uzņēmumi, kuriem bija aprēķināti finansu analīzes rādītāji un salīdzināti ar SIA „Rusvi” rādītājiem. Materiāli darba izstrādei tika ņemti no SIA „Rusvi” nepublicētiem datiem , Latvijas Uzņēmumu Reģistra arhīva datiem.

This diploma work depicts SIA “Rusvi” financial development results in the certain period of time. The aim of the research is to get acquainted and to valuate the financial data as well as to compare the companies financial condition with competitors. The valuation methods used in the diploma work: dynamics of data comparison, depicting changes in the absolute and relative path, as well as to define the rentability, liquidity, creditability, and turnover quotient dynamics. The point of the diploma work is not only to define the financial data of the enterprise, but also to compare the financial situation of SIA “Rusvi” with company’s rivals. In order to substantially evaluate rivals the present market situation it is very important to analyze market environment, that’s why the real financial data of the competitors was used for this research. The material for the diploma work was taken from the SIA “Rusvi” archive, and from Latvian Enterprise Register data archives.
