| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības problēmas un perspektīvas”. Maģistra darbā tiek analizēti ar nekustamā īpašuma tirgu tieši saistītie jautājumi.
Darba pamatdaļa ir sadalīta četrās daļās. Pirmajā nodaļā ir atspoguļoti dažādu nozaru vispār ietekmējošie faktori.
Otrā nodaļa ir veltīta nekustamā īpašuma tirgus terminu skaidrojumam, to ietekmējošo faktoru aprakstam no teorētiskā aspekta.
Trešajā nodaļā autors apskata dažus nekustamā īpašuma tirgus reglamentējošos likumus Latvijas Republikā.
Ceturtajā nodaļā autors analizē Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus attīstības vēsturi, raksturo esošo situāciju un to ietekmējošos faktorus, balstoties uz otrajā nodaļā aprakstīto teoriju.
Lai uzrakstītu darbu autors ir izmantojis visu pieejamo literatūru – nekustamo īpašumu kompāniju un banku interneta mājas lapas, Statistikas Biroja gadagrāmatas un brošūras, Latvijas nekustamā īpašuma tirgus apskatus, Latvijas Republikas likumus un citu autoru publicētos darbus | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The title of the Master’s Paper is “Real Estate Market Development Tendencies in Latvia”. In that paper work is analyzed problems linked directly to real estate market.
Work is divided in four chapters. Chapter 1 explains different market aspects.
Chapter 2 gives the explanation of real estate market terminology and also explains different factors that influence that market from theoretical point of view.
In Chapter 3 the Author discusses some laws regulating the real estate market in the Republic of Latvia.
In Chapter 4 the Author analyses the real estate market prices in Latvia, factors influencing the prices and the development of the market..
In the development of the Paper the Author has used all available literature – Internet Websites of real estate companies, banks, the Statistics Committee’s yearbooks and booklets, Latvian real estate market surveys, laws of the Republic of Latvia and works published by other authors. | en_US |
