Bez cilvēkresursiem nav iedomājama uzņēmējdarbība, jo tie izgudro un ražo preces, sniedz pakalpojumus, vada un kontrolē visus ar to saistīto procesu darbību, kā arī kontrolē to kvalitāti.
Bakalaura darba „Personāla vadīšana uzņēmumā SIA „APRANGA”” mērķis ir izpētīt personāla vadību, tās būtību un izanalizēt motivēšanas pasākumus, novērtēt uzņēmuma SIA „APRANGA” personāla vadīšanu, atklāt pozitīvās un negatīvās tendences, izanalizēt motivēšanas programmu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma personāla vadīšanas uzlabošanai. Analīzes rezultātā iegūt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma SIA „APRANGA” personāla vadīšanas un personāla motivācijas uzlabošanai. Certain resources are needed to start a successful management of an enterprise. The aim of bachelor’s thesis “Management of Human Resources in SIA “APRANGA”” is to investigate the human resource management and its essence in SIA “APRANGA”, to evaluate the company’s human resource management, analyze its motivation program, to reveal positive and negative trends and develop suggestions for improving the human resource management. Lastly, to come to suggestions on how to improve the human resource management and personnel motivation system.
