| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darbs uzrakstīts par tēmu „Hipotekārais kredīts kā nekustamo īpašumu tirgus attīstības līdzeklis”. Tas ir veltīts Latvijas Republikas hipotekārās kredītsistēmas analīzei un tās attīstības perspektīvu novērtēšanai.
Darbā aplūkoti sekojoši jautājumi:
-bankas kredītu veidi un to funkcijas;
-hipotekārās kreditēšanas jēdziens un nozīme;
-hipotekārās kredītsistēmas attīstība Latvijā;
-Latvijas komercbanku hipotekāro kredītu piedāvājumi;
-Latvijas mājokļu tirgus attīstība;
-hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstību ietekmējošie faktori.
Risināti sekojoši uzdevumi:
-komercbanku kredītu klasifikācija;
-hipotekārās kredītsistēmas būtības un nozīmes tautsaimniecībā izpēte;
-hipotekārās kreditēšanas attīstības analīze Latvijā;
-Latvijas mājokļu tirgus analīze salīdzinājumā ar citām Eiropas valstīm;
-esošo problēmu un trūkumu atklāšana Latvijas hipotēku sistēmā;

| dc.description.abstract | The subject of the master’s paper is „Mortgage Credit as a Tool of Real Estate Market Development”. It is devoted to the evaluation of mortgage crediting system of the Republic of Latvia and the evaluation of its development perspectives.
The following questions are considered in the paper:
-Kinds and functions of credits;
-Essence and role of mortgage crediting;
-Mortgage crediting development in Latvia;
-Latvian commercial banks’ mortgage credit supply;
-Latvian residential real estate market development;
-Factors that influence mortgage crediting development.
The following tasks are solved:
-Classification of commercial banks’ credits;
-Investigation of mortgage crediting essence and its role in national economy;
-Mortgage crediting development in Latvia;
-Latvian residential real estate market analysis in comparison with other European countries;
-Finding out existing problems and drawbacks in Latvian mortgage system;
