Tiešsaistes tirgū transakcijas dalībnieki ir atdalīti laikā un telpā. Šie apstākļi ievērojami palielina nenoteiktību un samazina uzticību līmeni, kas ir katras sociālās dilemmas pamatā. 25% Eiropas iedzīvotāju min uzticības trūkumu kā iemeslu neveikt pirkšanas darījumus internetā.
Darba galvenie jautājumi ir saistīti ar e-komercijas attīstību un to kāvējošo faktoru analīzi. Darbā ir apskatīti online tirgu nenoteiktības un sarežģītības minimizēšanai piedāvātie risinājumi, kā arī pierādīts reputācijas nozīmīgums šo risinājumu izmantošanas procesā.
Analīze, balstīta uz spēļu teoriju, informācijas teoriju un statistiski iegūto datu apstrādi, ļaus sekmīgi sasniegt darba mērķi – noskaidrot faktorus, kas ietekmē e-komercijas risinājumu izmantošanu un apstiprināt hipotēzi par reputācijas lietderīgumu uzticības līmeņu paaugstināšanā.

These obstacles significantly increase uncertainty, that is the base of every social dilemma. 25% of europeans mention the lack of trust as a reason not to buy through the internet.
This work’s main questions are connected with the development of e-commerce and an the analysis of factors that slow it down. In this work there are proposed solutions to minimize uncertainty and complexity of online markets and is shown the importance of reputation in the use of these solutions.
The analysis, based on game theory, information theory and study of statistical data, helps to achieve the aim of this work – to discover the factors that influence the use of e-vommerce solutions and to prove the hypothesis of effectiveness of reputation at raising the level of trust.
