Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Darbinieku motivēšanas pilnveidošana uzņēmumā „X”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pilnveidot uzņēmuma „X” darbinieku motivāciju. Lai šo mērķi varētu sasniegt autore apkopoja teorētiskās atziņas par motivāciju, veica aptauju, novērošanu un interviju. Darba pirmajā nodaļā aprakstītas plašāk pazīstamas teorijas. To trūkumi un pielietojums praksē. Otrajā nodaļā iepazīstināts ar uzņēmuma darbības sfēru, tā struktūru un pastāvošo motivēšanas sistēmu. Šajā nodaļā aprakstīti aptaujās, novērošanā un intervijā iegūtie rezultāti. Pamatojoties uz iegūtajiem secinājumiem un atziņām izstrādāti ieteikumi motivēšanas sistēmas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā „X”. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 2 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Bakalaura darbā ir 81lappuses, 6 tabulas, 36 attēli un 3 pielikumi.

The theme of bachelor’s job is „Improvement of motivation in enterprise „X””. The aim of job is to clear up are in the enterprise „X” employees enough motivate. To reach this aim the author of this job to see over with motivation theories, make annotation, watch employees and get interview of director in enterprise „X”. In the first chapter are described main theories of motivation, their vantages and application in practice. In the second chapter are introducing with sphere in which works enterprise „X”, its structure and motivation system in it. In this chapter are analyze results of interview and annotation. On the strength of conclusions are make advises to improved system of motivation in enterprise „X”. Job consists of 2 chapters, conclusions and advises. The bachelor’s job consists of 81pages, 6 Charts, 36 pictures and 3 additions.
