Darba mērķis ir raksturot Latvijas vērtspapīru tirgus, detalizēti izpētot tirgus atspoguļojošus rādītājus.
Darbā tiek izmantota kā teorija, tā salīdzinošie dati. Lai piemēri būtu uzskatāmi darbā tika iekļauti 12 attēli un 12 tabulas, kas atspoguļo Latvijas vērtspapīru tirgus rādītāju dinamiku. Darbs sadalīts 3 daļās.
Pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīti vērtspapīru tirgus pamatelementi – tirgus dalībnieki un vērtspapīru klasifikācija.
Otrajā daļā tiek aplūkotas tirgus rādītāju izmaiņas 7 gadu laika periodā un veikta tirgus analīze, analizējot katra rādītāja izmaiņu cēloņi un sekas.
Trešā daļa ir teorētiski praktiskā daļa, kas apraksta vērtspapīru tirgus nepilnības un pasaules ekonomikas ietekmi uz Latvijas vērtspapīru tirgus.
Izstrādātais darbs sastāv no 73 lapaspusēm un 2 pielikumiem, un var tikt izmantots kā palīgmateriāls tālākai vērtspapīru tirgus problēmu analīzei no tirgus vājības aspekta, kā vērtspapīru tirgus attīstību veicināšanas kontekstā. The purpose of the work is to describe Latvian security market and to make market quantities characteristic’s analysis, witch reflect the situation in the market.
Compiling this paper the author has used both theory and comparative data. For a more thorough insight into the proposed theme, the author of the work has included 12 graphs and 12 tables demonstrating the changes in market characteristics changing.
The paper is divided into 3 parts.
The first part represents the security market description – market participants and the classification of the securities.
The second part represents the analysis of each security market characteristic changing throughout seven year time interval.
The third part represents a theoretically practical analysis, where are determined security market problems and the word economy influence to the Latvian security market.
The given paper containing 73 pages and 2 appendixes, thesis can be used as a supplementary material for the further analysis of the security market problems.
