Maģistra darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz teorijas analīzi par efektīvas kredītpolitikas veidošanas nosacījumiem un kopējām tendencēm kreditēšanas jomā Latvijā, novērtēt komercbanku privātpersonu kredītpolitiku nosacījumu atbilstību esošai ekonomiskai situācijai Latvijā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus kredītpolitikas pilnveidošanai, uzlabojot kredītu izsniegšanas un pārraudzības kvalitāti.
Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir pētīti kreditēšanas teorētiskie aspekti un termini – kredīts, kredītspēja, kredītpolitika, kredītatmaksas spēja. Otrajā nodaļā analizēta kreditēšanas joma Latvijā, tās attīstība no 2000. – 2007. un pēc 2007. gada ekonomiskās krīzes. Trešajā nodaļā veikta banku kredītpolitiku un kreditēšanas procesa analīze.
Maģistra darba pamatteksts izklāstīts 99 lapaspusēs, izmantoti 42 literatūras avoti un 2 pielikumi. The aim of master paper is to estimate credit policy for private persons requirements correspondence on the current economic situation in Latvia of the bank based on theoretical analysis about efficient credit policy development requirements and common tendencies of credit spheres in Latvia, and to develop statements in order to improve the credit policy by improving the quality of credit issuing and control processes.
The first chapter is about the theoretical aspects of crediting and the related terms–credit, solvency, credit policy and repayment ability.The second is about crediting in Latvia in period 2000-2007 and from 2007, when economic crisis came on. In the third chapter is made analysis of credit policies and of the process of issuing credits in the banks.
The master paper consists of 99 pages and is used 42 sources of literature.
