Abstract

Darba tēmas „SIA „Unilīzings” saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums” izvēle saistīta ar līzinga kā alternatīva finanšu instrumenta nozīmīgumu apstākļos, kad aktīvi attīstās uzņēmējdarbība un ražošana.Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „Unilīzings” saimniecisko darbību, tā atrašanās vietu līzinga tirgū, apzināt nozares attīstības tendences, kā arī kopīgo un atšķirīgo starp tirgus līderiem, kā rezultātā atklāt, kas uzņēmumam veicams, lai iekarotu un nostiprinātu ieņemamo tirgus daļu un dot spriedumu par līzinga tirgus attīstības perspektīvām nākotnē. Autors darbā novērtēja SIA „Unilīzings” saimniecisko darbību, tā atrašanās vietu Latvijas līzinga tirgū, kā arī kopējās līzinga tirgus attīstības tendences.Īpaša uzmanība pievērsta jauna pakalpojuma ieviešanai Unilīzingā- finanšu līzings lietotu automašīnu iegādei bez PVN fiziskām personām.

Subject of diploma paper theme“Unilizings analysis of economic action”is selected because of significance of leasing as alternative financial instrument in circumstances in dynamic production. The goal of diploma paper is to analyze the Unilizings economic action,companys role in leasing market, study tendency of development, common and different among leaders of market.In a result to conclude the actions company has to take to gain and maintain the market share.As well as understand development perspective of market in future.Author in paper assess Ltd Unilizings financial actions, the role in Latvian leasing market, as well as common development tendencies of leasing market. Particular attention is paid to enforcement of new services in Unilizings-such as financial leasing for used cars purchase without VAT for physical persons.
