Finanšu analīze, ka svarīga finanšu vadības lēmumu pieņemšanas sastāvdaļa uzņēmumā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma „FINANSU ANALĪZE, KA SVARĪGA FINANSU VADĪBAS LĒMUMU PIEŅEMŠANAS SASTĀVDAĻA UZŅĒMUMĀ” ir ļoti aktuāla, jo katram uzņēmumam nepieciešama saimnieciskās darbības analīze, kā arī novērtēt finansiālo atskaišu rādītājus. Lai uzņēmums sekmīgi attīstītos un palielinātu savu preču tirgus vērtību, tam efektīvi jāpārvalda savi resursi un jāattīsta uzņēmējdarbību. Diplomdarba mērķis: veikt uzņēmuma finansiālās darbības analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus vadībai uzņēmējdarbības uzlabošanai. Daudzpusīgi izpētīti uzņēmuma finansiālie rādītāji no 2004. gada līdz 2006. gadam, kā arī pielietotas dažādas aprēķinu metodes, diplomdarba mērķa sasniegšanai. Izanalizēti: 1.likviditātes rādītāji; 2.rentabilitātes rādītāji; 3.maksātspējas rādītāji; 4.finanšu atskaišu vertikāla un horizontāla analīze. Diplomdarbam ir trīs daļas. Pirmajā daļā teorētiski ir izanalizēti uzņēmuma saimnieciskā darbība, ar mērķi, pielietot metodes, lai noteiktu uzņēmuma sasniegumus un trūkumus. Kā arī noteikt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli. Otrajā daļā autore apskata SIA “Latadmirālis” izveidošanu, nosaka šī uzņēmuma makro un mikro vides faktorus. Pielietojot SVID analīzi, autore izpēta uzņēmuma sasniegumus un trūkumus, kā arī izanalizē uzņēmuma attīstības iespējas. Trešajā daļā autore izanalizēja finansiālo darbību uzņēmumam SIA “Latadmirālis”, kā arī gada pārskatus, pielietojot analīzes vertikālo un horizontālo metodi. Svarīgākais šīs daļas mērķis ir atspoguļot uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli uz 2007. g. sākumu. izanalizējot un aprēķinot finansiālos rādītājus, autore izdarīja daudzveidīgus secinājumus un piedāvāja dažādus priekšlikumus. Analizējot peļņas rentabilitātes rādītājus secinām, ka uzņēmums ir finansiāli nestabils. Diplomdarba apjoms 55 lappuses, 11 formulas,10 tabulas un 10 attēli. Rakstot diplomdarbu, pielietota 14 veidu mācību literatūra un informācija.

The title of this dissertation is “Financial analysis, that important acceptance of financial guidance decisions in an enterprise ” is really topical, because every enterprise should do the analysis of the economic activity, evaluate the financial report figures, if the company wants to develop, increase its market value, effectively manage the existing resources and reach a high results of the management. The goal of the diploma is to study the financial condition of the company and to work out the recommendations to the management. In a purpose to reach the goal there were discussed in a different ways the financial figures of the company in the period of the starting with the year 2004 till the year 2006, also were used different calculation methods: 1.liquidity index; 2. profitability index; 3.the ability to pay the lieabilities index 4.vertical and horizontal analysis of the financial reports The dissertation is divided into 3 parts. In the first part the author answers the questions concerning the economic activity analysis essence, its goals, methods that were used and helped in defining strong and weak side of the company also in the evaluating the financial condition of the company. In the second part author tries to study SIA “ Latadmiralis” background as well as to define the macro and micro environment factors that affected this particular company. The author wants to show strong and weak ides of the company by using the SWOT analysis and also to define the threat and development possibilities. In the third and the last part of the diploma the author analyse SIA “ Latadmiralis” financial results, annual reports by using vertical and horizontal analysis methods. The main goal of this part to show the financial condition of the company in the beginning of the year 2007. The profit analysis and a profitability analysis indicate the financially unstable position of the company. The diploma consists of the 55 pages, 11 formulas, 10 tables and 10 illustration. In the process of making diploma there were used 14 literature and other information sources.
