Uzņēmuma „Mango” finansiālās darbības analīze un novērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Uzņēmuma „Mango” finansiālās darbības analīze un novērtējums”. Darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt, izanalizēt un novērtēt uzņēmuma „Mango” finansiālās darbības tendences, atklāt izmaiņu cēloņus un rezultātā izstrādāt priekšlikumus par uzņēmuma darbības stāvokļa uzlabošanas iespējām. Diplomdarba aktualitāti noteica tas, ka Latvijai iestājoties ES, strauji palielinās to uzņēmumu skaits, kas nodarbojas ar tūrisma un viesnīcas pakalpojumu sniegšanu. Darbs sastāv no trijām nodaļām. Pirmajā raksturots uzņēmuma „Mango” saimnieciskās darbības veids, organizatoriskā struktūra, atklātas stiprās un vājās puses, otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta bilances un peļņas vai zaudējumu pārskata dinamikas un struktūras analīze, trešajā – novērtēts uzņēmuma finanšu stāvoklis, tai skaitā likviditāte, maksātspēja, līdzekļu aprite un rentabilitāte. Analīzes un aprēķinu pamatā ir izmantoti četri pārskata gadi, tas ir, sākot ar 2002. gadu līdz 2005. gadam ieskaitot. Iegūtie rezultāti tiek salīdzināti ar uzņēmuma „Čiekuriņš” finanšu analīzes rezultātiem, kas darbojas šajā pašā sfērā. Diplomdarbs izstrādāts pamatojoties uz Latvijas normatīvajiem aktiem, aktuālo ekonomisko literatūru, interneta resursiem, kā arī sabiedrības gada pārskata datiem. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 67 lappuses, kas sastāv no trijām nodaļām un satur 41 tabulu, 15 attēlus un 6 pielikumus. Izmantoti 14 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the diploma paper is "Analysis and evaluation of financial operations of the company "Mango"" The paper has been elaborated with the goal to research, analyse and evaluate the trends of the financial operations of the company "Mango", as well as to discover the causes of changes, and as a result to elaborate proposals about options of improving the operational status of the company. The topicality of the diploma paper was established by the fact that with the accession of Latvia to EU, the number of companies operating in rendering tourism and accommodation services has been rapidly increasing. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter characterizes the type of administration activities, the organizational structure, the discovered strengths and weaknesses of the company "Mango"; in the second chapter, analysis of dynamics and structure of the balance sheet and profit and loss reports was performed; in the third - the financial condition of the company has been evaluated, including liquidity, solvency, asset turnover, and profitableness. At the basis of the analysis and calculations four report years have been used, i.e., beginning with year 2002 until year 2005 (incl.). The obtained results are compared to the financial analysis results of the company “Čiekuriņš”, which is operating in the same sphere. The diploma paper has been elaborated based on normative enactments of the Republic of Latvia, on current economic literature, internet resources, as well as on annual report data of the company. The volume of the diploma paper is 67 pages, consisting of three chapters, and containing 41 tables, 15 illustrations, and 6 annexes. 14 literature sources have been used.
