Valsts policijas budžeta analīze

Abstract

Valsts policijas pamatbudžeta strukturālais sadalījums ir neatņemama Iekšlietu ministrijas kopējā budžeta sastāvdaļa. Ikviena plānošanas darbība ietekmē kopējā budžeta izstrādi, lai atspoguļotu valsts budžeta iestāžu darbību, tika analizēta Valsts policijas budžeta struktūra, tā sastādīšanas un izpildes nepilnības. Maģistra darba mērķis ir analizēt Valsts policijas budžetu, ar tā veidošanu un izlietošanu saistītās problēmas, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus Valsts policijas budžeta procesa uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Maģistra darbā ir ievietotas 8 tabulas un 28 attēli. Maģistra darba apjomu veido 122 lapas, tam pievienots 1 pielikums.

Structural composition of the core budget of the State Police of the Republic of Latvia is an integral part of the overall budget of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Latvia. In this sense, every planning activity has significant implications on the overall budget. In order to depict the activities of state budget institutions, the budget structure of the State Police of the Republic of Latvia and the deficiencies in its budgetary planning and execution are analyzed. The aim of this Master’s Thesis is to analyze the budget of the State Police of the Republic of Latvia and the problems associated with its planning and spending, as well as to develop proposals for the State Police to improve its budget process. This Master's Thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and further proposals, as well as the list of references. In this Thesis, there are altogether 8 tables and 28 figures. Its overall volume is 122 pages and one Appendix.
