Maksājumu bilances tekošā konta deficīts un eksporta veicināšanas iespējas Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir analizēta maksājumu bilances tekošā konta saldo laika posmā no 2001.gada līdz 2006.gadam un izvērtētas eksporta veicināšanas iespējas Latvijā. Maksājumu bilances tekošā konta deficīts 2006.gadā ir sasniedzis rekordaugstu lielumu – 21,1% no iekšzemes kopprodukta. Sākotnēji darbā tiek noskaidroti maksājumu bilances teorētiskie aspekti atklātā ekonomikā, analizējot maksājumu bilances uzbūvi un tās sastāvdaļu savstarpējo sakarību. Darba tālākajā daļā ir veikta Latvijas maksājumu bilances tekošā konta analīze, ārējās tirdzniecības bilances analīze. Lai dotu konkrētus ieteikumus eksporta veicināšanai, darba trešajā daļā ir izvērtēta Latvijas ārējās tirdzniecības politika, izvērtēta valsts sagatavotā Latvijas eksporta veicināšanas programma, kā arī noteikti iespējamie risinājumi, kā uzlabot tekošā konta nelabvēlīgo saldo.

In the Masters is analyzed the balance of current account of balance of payments in the period from 2001 to 2006, and estimated promotion possibilities of export in Latvia. Deficit of current account balance of payments in 2006 reached a record figure of 21.1% of the gross domestic product. Primary, there are found out the balance of payments theoretical aspects in an opened economy, analysing a balance of payments structure and mutual connection of its parts. As part of further are analyzed current account balance of Latvia, and balance of foreign trade. In response to this analysis, studied the dynamics of foreign trade structure, identify key foreign trade partners. To give concrete advice facilitating exports, in the third part are evaluated foreign trade policy of Latvia, public program of export promotion, as well as identify possible solutions to improve the balance of current account.
