Apsaimniekošanas uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīze un pilnveidošanas iespējas

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēmu „Apsaimniekošanas uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīze un pilnveidošanas iespējas”. Galvenā problēma ir iedzīvotāju maksātspēja Maģistra darba mērķis - izprast, apkopot analizētos uzņēmuma datus un sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības uzlabošanai. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, autore izvirzījusi sekojošus darba uzdevumus: Pirmajā daļā ir izklāstīts vispārējs raksturojums no teorētiskā ieskata par apsaimniekotāju Otrā daļa veltīta SIA „RNP” raksturojums Trešajā daļā RNP finanšu vadības mērķi, firmas budžeta ieņēmumi un izdevumi, un investīcijas Ceturtajā daļā tiek veikta SIA RNP darbības finanšu analīze Darba apjoms – 80 lapas. Maģistra darbā ir ievietotas 16 tabulas, 32 attēli un 20 formulas. Darba nobeigumā tiek noformulēti galvenie secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Atslēgvārdi: nekustamā īpašuma apsaimniekošana, pārvaldīšana, RNP, namu pārvalde.

The subject of the Master thesis is „Analysis and possibilities of improvement of the economic activities of the maintenance company”. The main problem is the residents to pay the bills The objective of the Master thesis is to understand and summarize the analysed data and providing of proposals to improve the activities of the company. In order to achieve the objective the author has specified the following work tasks: The first part provides a general characteristic from the theoretic point of view of the company. The second part contains description of RNP. The third part is concerned with the organization budget– revenues and expenditure. The fourth part contains financial analysis of the activities of RNP. The thesis comprises 80 pages. The Master thesis contains 19 tables, 2 figures and 8 formulas. Main conclusions and proposals to improve the activity of RNP are provided at the end of the thesis Keywords: Real estate management, management, RNP, house Administration.
