Nodarbinātība un bezdarbs Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Nodarbinātība un bezdarba Latvijā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt nodarbinātības un bezdarba situāciju Latvijā, ka arī noteikt nodarbinātības paaugstināšanas un bezdarba samazināšanas iespējas, un, pamatojoties uz izdarīto analīzi, veikt secinājumus un izteikt priekšlikumus, kā uzlabot nodarbinātības situāciju Latvijā. Pētījuma laika periods no 2000 līdz 2006. gadam. Darba apjoms ir 66 lapas, tai skaitā 10 attēli, 5 tabulas. Darba izstrādāšanas gaitā ir izmantoti 37 informācijas avoti – statistikas dati, preses izdevumi, mācību literatūra, interneta mājas lapas. Darba izstrādes gaitā tika izmantotas sekojošas analīzes metodes: monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā – darba tirgus teorētiskā apskata veikšanai; statistikas – nepieciešamo datu, lai varētu veikt analīzi, apkopošanai; grafiskā – iegūto rezultātu attēlošanai.

The title of graduation work is “Employment and Unemployment in Latvia”. The purpose of the graduation work is to analyze parameters of employment and unemployment in Latvia, and also to define an opportunity of employment improvement and reductions of unemployment in Latvia. In the paper the period from 2000 till 2006 is researched. The paper is written on 66 pages, among them 10 images in the form of pictures and 5 tables. During the research 37 information sources - statistical data, periodical editions, the educational literature, Internet web sites have been used. During the research following methods of the analysis have been used: monographic or described - theoretical survey of a labor market; statistical - the analysis of necessary data, for the capsule analysis; graphical - display of the achieved results.
