Šīs diplomdarbs ir vērsts uz konkurētspējas paaugstināšanas pētījumu Latvijas banku sektorā. Darba mērķis ir atklāt banku sistēmas izpētes teorētiskos aspektus, šī procesa aktualitāti, veikt banku sistēmas izpēti un analīzi Latvijā, novērtēt pētījumu rezultātus, atklāt pozitīvos momentus un trūkumus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus bankai „X” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai.
Darbā, kas sastāv no 3 daļām, tiek apskatīta Latvijas banku sistēmas vispārējā attīstība, kā arī tiek veikta dažu banku darbības salīdzinošā un statistisko datu analīze.
Veiktās analīzes rezultātā, lai paaugstinātu bankas „X” konkurētspēju, tai tiek ieteikts veikt pasākumus saistībā ar konsultējošās palīdzības sniegšanu klientiem par piedāvātajiem bankas pakalpojumiem, bankas darbinieku apmācību kopējās apkalpošanas kvalitātes paaugstināšanai un savstarpējās sadarbības uzlabošanu starp apakšvienībām to apkalpošanas procesā. The present Diploma is aimed to research increasing the competitiveness into the bank sector in Latvia. The goal of this work is to ascertain the theoretical aspects in researching the Bank System, actual benchmarks during the process, to execute the research and analysis of the Bank System in Latvia, to evaluate the result of researching, to find out positive and drawback moments, as well as, to work out the proposal to increasing the competitiveness for a X-Bank.
The work has consisted of three parts: examines the development of the Latvian Bank System in general; executes the competitive analysis of activity of the separate banks; as well as, works out analysis of statistical data.
As a result of the analysis fulfilled concerning to increase of the competitiveness for a X-Bank, it’s offered to execute the auxiliary measures in consulting the Clients relating the services offered by bank, studying and training the bank’s employees to increase quality of services promoted by them, as well as, to improve the interaction between of the different departments of the bank during of the process in offering services.
