Mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu darbības analžie Latvijā un to pilnveidošana Eiropas Savienībā

Abstract

Sergeja Paščenkova diplomdarba tēma ir “Mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu darbības analīze Latvijā un to pilnveidošana Eiropas savienībā”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir: izpētīt MVU darbību Latvijā un izvērtēt to attīstības iespējas Eiropas Savienībā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, tika izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi: 1.iepazīties ar MVU darbības teorētiskajiem aspektiem, akcentējot iekšējās un ārējas vides faktoru ietekmi; 2.izanalizēt vispārējo MVU situāciju Latvijā un salīdzināt to ar Baltijas valstīm; 3.iepazīties ar MVU attīstības programmām, fondiem, politikas instrumentiem; 4.izvērtēt MVU attīstības iespējas Eiropas Savienība. Darbs sastāv no trīm nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Darba pirmajā nodaļā vērtēta mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu iekšejo un ārējo faktoru ietekme uz darbības stabilitāti. Darba otrajā nodaļā analizēta mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu attīstība Latvijā. Darba trešajā nodaļā analizēta mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu attīstība, salīdzinājumā ar citām ES valstīm. Apjoms 70 lpp., satur 7 tabulas un 9 attēlus, izmantots 51 literatūras avots.

Sergey Pashchenkov’s Bachelor’s Work “The business analysis of small and middle size enterprises in Latvia and perfection prospects in European Union”. The purpose of Bachelor’s Work is: to explore Small and Middle Enterprises' work in Latvia and to estimate the possibilities of their development in the European Union. To achieve the purpose of this work, a few tasks were advanced: 1.to get acquainted with the theoretical aspects of the Small and Middle Enterprises’ work, accentuate the influence of the internal and external environmental factors; 2.to analyze Small and Middle Enterprises’ universal situations in Latvia and to compare them to the Baltic countries; 3.to get acquainted with Small and Middle Enterprises’ development programs, funds and political instruments; 4.to estimate the possibilities of Small and Middle Enterprises’ development in the European Union. The bachelor’s work consists of three sections, conclusions and suggestions and the literature list as well. In the first section of this bachelor’s work is estimated the influence of Small and Middle Enterprises’ internal and external factors on the stability of work. In the second section of this work is analyzed the development of Small and Middle Enterprises in Latvia. In the third section is analyzed the development of Small and Middle Enterprises by comparison to other EU countries. The total size of bachelor's work is 70 pages. 7 tables and 9 images are included and are used 51 literature sources.
